I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the service. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is very polite and friendly. There is hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator! Thank you very much

Main course is not at all looks fresh seems they just warm the panner sabji totally disappointed with the food Staff n their service is nice n decent but not happy with food

Rooms are nice but service sucks for bigger events. Couldn't deliver what was promised and food quality was also bad. Manager denied all the things all the things promised at end moment. Worst experience in front of 200 people.

An excellent hotel to stay & the staff is humble and good.

On mumbai agra rout this hotel is a heaven, Superb quality of food ,must try mutton biryani,affordable rates and service with smilling faces,all the staff are polite and happy to help you.I stay here on my bike ride gojng back to Nashik from Agra.must stay here,It is compulsary for nonveg lovers to take one halt here.

Worst experience......The manager was using abrupt language in front of me while I was at the hotel reception and that was very rude and unprofessional.

Hotel The Sara is a well known hotel and is trying to maintain its name, you will see that the view of the hotel looks even better in the peaceful surroundings.
