Hotel Jagat

The Hotel is good. Cleaned room, wifi, hot n cold water everything is available. The staff is polite. The wine shops below the hotel are a little bit odd with family otherwise it's recommended for people.

Not cooperative staff. Room are smelling. And not cleaned and hygienic. Bed sheets are dirty, blanket is too dirty. Anyone can not wath any channel on TV due to non recharged.

I had ordered from this restaurant for train but they provided cold chapattis, daal which was more likely to water and everything else tasteless. Is this what you should provide to a customer who is already tired in a train.

Staff behaviour is disgusting, no hospitality.

I have a very good experience of hospitality by this hotel ..I was on bike trip and travelling from Gwalior ..due to monsoon I decided to took a hault at Guna and a local residents suggested me this hotel , next day I did checked out hotel and headed towards ujjain ...In between my trip to ujjain I received 3 missed call from unknown number as rain was pouring heavily so I didn't picked up call... after reaching at ujjain I called back the same number and call was from this hotel to inform me that I forgot my reading book with 2500rs cash in side book while I checked out the hotel ...I forgot this book behind the pillow . I was surprised they followed back my number throughout day with honesty and returned my payment via transfer ..I felt very humble and thanked him for such honesty . Price wise no one can beat this hotel in guna ..Very affordable and clean room as per penny you spend at other hotel .

AC Room are goo Location is perfect But only issue is food service is not on time

Good clean rooms with good service at affordable prices is what Hotel Jagat defines. Either you are single or with your family, you can stay here without any hesitation. Location is also good as you can connect easily to city.

Nice hotel just near Jastambh square guna little noise pollution busy AB road but overall good for official stay.
