Manglam Resort & Restaurant

It was a good experience to stay at this place. The super thing is location, it has a nearby known famous Dam and Connected expressway to reach nearby good cities. The weather was pretty awesome, especially in winter. Resort rooms were good but the staff was not well trained. They were typical local persons with egos.

Don't go with the photos all seems to be fake. It just place where you can take halt and just halt. Washrooms and rooms are pretty bad. It is like just go there sleep and wake up and go. Nothing else can be done. Why do we have such a bad hotels, not sure ?

Very bad Hotal , plz don't plan . Very bad service. Washroom very bad. Please plan other hotal for marriage in your family.

Food is very tasty and very good service very nice place

Been to many places around the world and worked in hospitality myself for 3 years and I can assure you this was by far thr worse customer service I've come across from the staff, especially considering that we were there to attend the wedding. We misplaced a room key card and were charged with Rs200 to make another one with the staff being really rude to prove their point especially the manager whatever his name was and also the guy at the reception, luckily we found the key card so we got our money back. We were threatened that instead of the normal 200rs they will charge us 300rs because we stood up for ourselves. Giving 200rs or 300rs isn't an issue , the issue is normal amenities in the resort were crappy( eg the lift wasn't working so all our guests had to carry their heavy baggage's to and from the 2nd floor via stairs , only 2 towels were given in a family room of 4 beds and we were charged 50rs extra for asking for extra towels , the staff was so dumb that they did not know what black coffee with no milk and no sugar meant and kept giving coffee with milk) if they want to charge 200rs for key card mis placement instantly then we should be given cash backs for such basic services missing from the hotel.ive worked in hospitality myself and no matter how rude the customer is it's a rule that you be nice because customer is king . If they cannot understand and get their thick and dumb heads around this fact then they should stop being in the hospitality profession. And on top of that we were not even rude to start off with the staff was the one who started it. The bride side took real good care of us but the hotel staff really wrecked the night. I strongly recommend people not book this place for their special occasions

It was nice if you're staying in balcony suite. All the suites there had amazing views and even are more maintained. Few rooms on the ground floor were just awful. There cleaning staff was very rude. We have to ask multiple times to get a room cleaned. Bathroom was pretty average but surely had a nice working geyser which was very essential during chilling winters outside. One thing that I liked most about them was the food. It was super yummy and I stayed there for one day and got quite bored. That was a pretty boring place stay. Huh

It's a pretty awesome hotel with lawn which is big enough for every type of party and function. Taste of food is also good but it's pretty costlier as compared to other hotels. The hotel has the advantage of Monopoly you can say because there is no other big competititor in that area .
