Good low budget hotel to stay in city

Pathetic hotel with even pathetic owner who doesn't bothers to take up the call with highly arrogant staff. If you get come early by 1 min or go late by 1 min they will charge 1 night extra in a hotel where they are unable to provide hot water in the evening. Third grade hotel and third grade staff should never stay in this hotel. Owner is one of the worst person you can meet.

The rooms have windows near their respective doors, the windows are very poorly built, they can be opened from outside upon slight shear force, they are big enough for anyone to enter your rooms. You are risking yourself and your valuables. Though, there was a security cam installed at each floor but I doubt they were actually on. There was no running hot water, you had to ask for the same at reception and they would provide a bucket of hot water to your room. The remotes for the air conditionings were not working or not working properly in all the three rooms we took. There were TVs in the rooms which were working satisfactory, rooms were not big but satisfactory again. The sheets in two rooms among three were not very clean either, I don't know why I didn't ask too change rather I used my extra t-shirt on the pillow and used my sheet to cover. The service was alright. If it wasn't for the windows I would give them a satisfactory 3 out of 5 points.

The Hotel itself was good. The Management, Average Service Time, Seatings, Cleanliness, Charges, all week good. The problem was about the Waiter staff, which were not very good and you have to shout at them everytime you need something. Although you can find almost everything you want as an average Indian.

I book hotel when one night complete they suddenly received marrige booking they call me for checkout and convancing me for the same and book another hotel for me .But they checkout my lagage without my permission very badly in one carry bag I compliant but they again convancing me for the same .please don't book this hotel they not provide customer oriented service I am staying last 4 year but this time I am not satisfied.

Very bad place to eat and stay. They change food order by bad dishes according their desire without your permission . Rooms are so dirty as public toilet.

Good experience and taste and location is good

The hotel has a hall in the basement. The restaurant is on the ground floor. Had a lassi in the restaurant. The taste was good. Don't know about the food though.
