Worst experience ever they don't know how take care of guests to rude staff behaviour and worst part is if you use there towel or bed sheets they charge extra if it's getting dirty after use ....LOL

This was the worst hotel we have ever been at. The owner was unfriendly to us after we booked the room since they had withheld some facts from us. Due to the function, we were running behind schedule even though we had reserved the room until five o'clock. When we told the owner about it, he denied it and had us vacate the room at five o'clock only. In order to help everyone plan their visit and avoid ruining their day for such silly reasons, I am making this review available to everyone.

I highly advise against booking Hotel Surbhi if you ever visit Gadarwada, Madhya Pradesh. The owner's unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service skills made our stay extremely unpleasant. When my friend inquired about complimentary amenities and adjustments to the bill, the owner rudely dismissed us, claiming that such facilities were not available. He even insinuated that we were inexperienced hotel guests, despite the fact that we are regular travelers. Additionally, the owner boasted about the hotel's worth, which was completely uncalled for and insulting. To add to the disappointment, our simple request for a water bottle took an unreasonably long time to fulfill. Overall, my experience at Hotel Surbhi was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had very bad experience here. Owner's behaviour was impolite. They ask for money each time we get any product from them. They don't even think that when the customer checks out the room, they can bill it and ask for one time payment. That's the most irritating thing we faced here. They took room charge for one day but as we said them we will leave the room around 6 PM IST they denied it and said other customer has booked the room from 5 PM IST. We were there till 5:45 PM IST but no one came there to stay in that room. They lied. Even they didn't give complementary stuff to us because thier policy was only for single person. Still they didn't provide us for single. Better to book other hotels nearby after checking reviews.
