NEERTARU RESORT AND WELLNESS

The landscape is really great, very vast property. Service is not that great, even rooms are not upto the mark. Food is still good though.

I had an impromptu stay at the resort, I would recommend it to all Indori's to give it a try. It's very serene and peaceful, yet to close to Indore. The pool, the service and the food were all excellent. Special mention to the GM Mr Maitra!!

To begun with it's in the remote location near MHOW, you just get to see the serene mountains, without any network connectivity. The food here has a great taste, what else do u expect to derive peace on a getaway, enjoy the nature and relax the body. Services needs to be improvised in terms of hospitality. Also, it's not an infant friendly place.

I was there on 2nd Feb 2025, it was my birthday. We got our room key on arrival. Front desk staff was cordial. I was highly disappointed with the breakfast. We were the only ones in the property & yet the breakfast was not ready by 10am. The property has a lot of undone greenery, which makes morning walks & views very averagely pleasant.

Worst place ever I visit near Indore......zero service, maintenance, they don't have proper food and room door locks are so bad they don't even lock also from outside it's very bad holiday it's a very zero maintenance resort the manager is not there owner don't even care what's going on in there resort zero staff they have....... Room AC is not working properly lights off in every 10mins....6k room are not worth it at all even it's not looking like a 6k worst area I ever seen in my room there is dead wasp this is the type of cleaning they are doing what is this Yrr not Worth it at all

Amazing place, excellent hospitality and cozy and comfortable rooms. Overall a very good experience being there. A must visit place near by indore.

Well I never got to experience the place on the first hand as these hotel people denied our very legit booking at the end moment. I had booked three rooms through Goibibo for the coming 31st December on 7th of December but suddenly on 23rd I get. A call from the Goibibo team that the hotel has denied our reservation! Never has this happened to me in so many years as I m frequenct traveller. I have friends coming down from Mumbai and had high hopes to spend new year but the manager outright denies that they have not got any bookings which is an absolute lie. I have all vouchers and booking details and this guy from the hotel when connected by the Goibibo team says we are not register on the site..biggest lie. Below is the SS of their listing when you Google them - right on the top!! All because they are getting bookings for 3x the prices at which we had booked!! What scammers. The GM is an absolute rude person and insensitive. Yea you are there to make money but like this...well you have definitely lost many customers for the future. If you say you are not on any of these portals - why are there all details of you hotel then over herw6? Are you that uncompetitive or unaware of acting one to be?? If your hotel is booked completely how you still have rooms when my friend called directly on your number and you asked for 3x the price?
