Over all service is ok...staff seem indifferent from your needs and price is too high for the quantity offered. Specially roti price is high and size is too small for that price. Not recommended.

Nice place to stay at highway for travel rest. Food is excellent. Behaviour of staff is good.

THE BEST EVER RESORT staff behavior is very good, it is the best option to stay for travelers also, it is a very good option for programs like wedding, birthday party engagement .

We have done my sister's wedding from here a good lawn and banquet hall and also a big lawn for reception.

**Unbelievably slow service.** We were left starving for what felt like hours. The restaurant was far from full, yet it took an eternity for our food to arrive. Don't waste your precious time here. There are countless other dining options that won't test your patience to this extent.

I recently dined at crystal resort restaurant and left quite disappointed. The food overall was not tasty, and the prices seemed too high for the quality offered. Service was slow, adding to the frustration. I ordered a ginger tea, but it didn't taste like ginger tea at all. The grilled cheese sandwich was another letdown; it wasn't grilled as expected but merely toasted on a tawa. The veg kothe, which should be crispy, was soggy and tasted very plain. Overall, my experience was far from satisfying, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on this visit. Save Your Money and Eat where price justify the taste

Food quality was good but it can be improved. The price is also justified, not too high nor too low. The atmosphere is calm and good. The one can enjoy a peaceful dinner here in my opinion.

Absolutely horrendous service! Waited an eternity for our food. It felt like hours between ordering and receiving our dishes. The restaurant wasn't even busy! The staff seemed completely oblivious to the growing impatience of their customers. Avoid at all costs if you value your time.
