Hotel Balaji

Located slightly away from the highway and entrance is opposite to the main road, the hotel is good in its price range with courteous staff. Food is outsourced and not good.

Average place. But location is great. Tiles outside bathroom are very slippery. We got hurt. Cleanliness is not that great, but will be ok if we do complaint. No manual lock for room from insight. So feel little unsecured

Rooms and Location is good. Major issue faced was with hot water. Hot water supply for the rooms is insufficient. We were 10 person staying in this hotel and none got hot water for bathing, in this chilling cold we have to bath with cold water, also towels were not available in any rooms we stayed. Ideally when we pay 4000rs for one room for 9 hours, owner must take care of these basic things. Hope owner will take this feedback positively and improve on the services.

This is our first stay here and this has become our most preferred place for stay on this route. They offer hospitality which is full of soul. The place is owned and managed by a wonderful, down to earth, pet loving family. We wish them great success.

I am editing my review after my second stay. I took suite room this time which was quite better. Also we faced no problems this time. This is one of the very good options if you want a night stay in your journey to Mumbai from Indore/Bhopal. Prices are reasonable for the room, location is though average.
