Extremely Disappointing Stay - Dirty Room, Rude Staff, and Dishonest Practices I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so poor I feel obligated to warn others. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival - dirty sheets, trash in the bins, and a foul smell in the bathroom. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, even bordering on rude. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation. To make matters worse, upon checkout, we were pressured to give a 5-star rating. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and the fake reviews they push for don't reflect the reality of this place. I would strongly advise against staying here - there are far better options for your money.

Very bad experience with hotel utsav hotel was pathetic The room pictures on the Oyo website are totally different from the actual room. The room is very dirty, there's no cleaning, it's very small, and it's very dirty. And the services are also not available here even Oyo did not give any kind of support. Even I don't want to get single star there is no lift. Even no one to take our luggage to second floor. Staff behaviour was not good Even Mr. manager behaviour is so rude.

I, along with my friend, have been staying at the hotel for the past 6 days. We have our meetings daily from 11 AM to around 2 or 3 PM. Every day, we inform the hotel staff at 12 PM to clean the room. But even after we return, the room is still in a messy condition. It has been a very bad experience and the behavior from the hotel staff has been disappointing, especially after staying here for 6 days already.

Rooms have ac which work at snail pace. Fans don't work. Breakfast limited option, in spite of breakfast included same was charged by them. Bathroom in miserable condition

Staff ignores. There is no room service. Kitchen is closed. TV and intercom in my room were not working which was changed after complaining to customer care. Soap and towel were given after complaint. If you don't care about these then stay here at your own risk.

Very good hotel in dewas. Good food, nice staff, St manager very gentalman is good and nice person

They have provided queen size bed for three people, that was obviously unfair, room was not clean, washroom was also dirty. On the name of facilities they have provided small "jo" soap worth 5 rupees and shampoo (price written on that was 1 rupees) ac was not working. I have ordered water bottle, where i got lie quality kinley bottle and got charged 32 rupees for it. When i have given feedback on these issue on front desk, i got reply that you got what you had booked. Pics uploaded by hotel among them few are original but not latest. The room i got there do not worth what i paid
