Hotel Samrat

Poor quality hospitality and no empathy towards their profession to offer services to their guests. Charging so high for a room providing no room service. Non working water heater even after insisting so much on hot water before booking the room. Non working ac. Poor cleanliness, no towels, bad bedsheets. Not worth for money paid.

The room is very nice, the staff is very friendly, I have come here for the first time and it is much better than other hotels, the staff is very friendly, I would like to come here again.

very poor n Hippocratic service. owner is polite in word only.after stay he will not pick phone to resolve your issue. how to fetch more money is only agenda.kitchen is like dustbin n food quality is very poor. rooms are not ventilated and heavy suffocation. hotel is just like station style grab customer for deceit.billing time they will not give bills or demands commission for bill.you can not rely on their words for bed sheets changing or cleaning of room.laundry charges are so high?? worst better to stay in lodge in same price or in other hotel

7min away from dews railway station by an auto at rs 50. Decent and quite good rooms. Room service is available. 1250rs.per day 11 is check out time. Hotel serve food which is quite spicy. It can be seen from moving vehicle at dews road. At opposite site of hotel there you can find Dominos and gym.

Hotel samrat is a great hotel to stay and to relax if you are a visitor in dewas city or new in dewas city this hotel is a perfect place to stay with family so believe me you will definitely comfortable if you go their to stay or to eat food.
