Hotel Ratan Mahal

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the peetambra peeth . Ratan mahal is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer darshan facility through vip gate if u r their guest. They offer complimentary bfast with ur stay. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at Hotel Ratan Mahal. The hotel was welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained with all the necessary amenity Special thanks to Ms. Nivedita Sharma from the front office. She was extremely professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth. Her warm attitude and helpful nature truly stood out and made my stay even better.

The food is really nice and the staff is warm. They're always smiling and open to the request. Kudos to Dani who has good knowledge of Table Serving etiquettes and servicing.

Hospitality was trash, overcharged for everything, and did not provide us with good food. We organized a get together, where the dinner was not Up to the mark they were promising. They tried scamming us by providing Cheap paneer items and cold food while we were busy, also the security is not up to mark. We did not feel safe at all in the hotel's vicinity.
