Hotel Singhai Residency

I stayed for 2 days for business travel. The location very good as it is at a walkable distance from the Damoh Railway Station. The rooms were clean and the support and service of the staff was very good. Also the food at their restaurant downstairs was tasty all the times. Recommended for business as well as family stays.

The location is perfect if you are new to Damoh. They have their own restaurant nearby which makes food ordering a breeze. Service is great just call 9 and get your job done.

Very neat and clean rooms with clean bedsheets and washrooms. Good room service too. Hotel seems to be new that's why rooms are in well maintained conditions. Go on higher floors to find newer rooms -3rd and 4th floors .Hotel has lift facility as well. Didn't get a chance to try food so can't say anything about it, but yes they have their own kitchen where they cook home like food. Deluxe rooms are sufficient for 2 people but if there are more than 2 ppl planning to stay in a single room, definitely gofor suite rooms as they are very spacious. Rooms are fitted with Quality ACs and gysers.

Rooms are very basic and small, we had to call for room service to get bathroom cleaned properly rest hotel is okay and in 100 meters from the railway station.

We went Damoh for visiting Kundalpur.... Location of Hotel is perfect and rooms are pretty Ok..... tariff is also good.... Top of it, they have restaurant with good food

Overall it's a very Very horrible experience.They have no policies ,At midnight they can ask for your checkout with very rude manner. They can through you out any time when they see u r single, and for the same room they will get a another guest with the family .Because they have to earn more money with room service like Fooding. As well as the management have no back bone. As per the reception manager conversation they can treat u like a useless thing. If someone willing to stay in that particular hotel ,my suggestion is instead of staying these kind of useless hotel u can stay In road side footpath.
