Stayed frequently two times, excellent hospitality by the owner along with polite all members of staff. Renovation is going on , but keeping the provide good service without disturbance. Clean rooms and toilets at a very reasonable price. Good quality of testy tea cofee and milk available.

Worst ever hotel I have seen in my life. Foods not good but rates too high like 4 star hotels, quality and quantity not enough but rates too high enough. I suggest never ever stay here in this hotel. As their rates are too high like non AC 600 but not a value for 100. Rooms dirty, bathroom dirty, staff not coperative, no hot water at all in bathroom. No WiFi although they claim. Never ever stay here.

Very bad experience staff members are very rude room was very untidy cockroach are running here and there Bed was very smelly bed sheet was not changed overall my experience is very bad i reccomend you never book any room in this hotel the staff members are also very rude they didn't talk properly don't book any room here .

Decent safe place to stay.. staff is cooperative ,Wi-Fi available ,good taking space. Over all good experience .They need bit renovation for furniture. But over all very nice n safe experience

Worst experience and third class spurious hotel encountered in my life ! Do not check in this hotel. - filthy toilet , bed sheet dirty, smelly moisture room! Dirtiest towel received with stains of rust on it ?????

Renovation is going on that's why rooms and building are dirty... But staff is very much supportive and polite... Once renovation will over it will be one of the best hotel in Damoh

Hotel Indra Palace is located at an ideal location in the city. It is very close to both bus stop and railway station. We had reached Damoh via train and had to catch bus next day, this hotel was perfect for that

Manager guy was rude af . Room was small and unclean . They served ICE COLD food and manager guy said sir yahi h khana h to khalo . Server guy was decent and polite he took and got it back warm . Worst stay I've ever had . Taps were not working . No hot water from them . They are leaking from here and there.
