Hotel Pankaj Palace

The owner of Hotel pankaj palace is non co-operative and the staff is soo greedy too....only money matters to the owner and for the staff...they can not look how their customer suffer from their inconvenience..they only want money

The service was very poor people are very greedy and demand extra money form guest when we complain the issue with the owner the owner is also involve with him and support his staff members very very bad service

It is located in jabalpur near krida sankul /stadium The location is best to find. Both AC and Non AC rooms available for family and couple The rooms was clean the ambience was good. There are 2 beds in room for 4 person Also they provide some snack. Which is excluded in charges. The price was average.

It is not as it appears in the pictures. The cleanliness of the room is not good at all. Washroom is also not clean. Only hotel tariff is correct, price is normal

I stayed in this hotel on 21st June 2024 and my experience here was very bad, water and AC were stopped at night, on complaining about which the manager spoke to me politely and asked to throw the bag out, which hotel Or at any service related place, the staff there do not know how to talk to their customers, I consider them very bad and rude.

Good service and good behaviour of owner ,all staff.

I left the property in mid of the day they're not professional... room and services are very compromised.. i will never be choosing this property in future Rating 1/5

This was worst hotel I have ever tried. Dirty rooms, Dirty washroom and damaged things will make your stay horrible. Most of the rooms were occupied by drunkers. Manager behavior was also very rude. No one is there to listen you in night as generally workers goes to deep sleep. Will suggest not to stay even they allow with zero fee
