Avatar Palace

Worst ever hotel stay in my life, I'm intensively disappointed with my stay at Avtar Palace. The living conditions are unacceptable, with filthy surroundings and inadequate arrangements, no tv, no clean glasses, no staff, even we during checkout had to hire someone from out side to bring our luggage down from the rooms The cleanliness is a major concern, particularly, no towels were available and bed sheets dirty. Despite bringing this to their attention, no one seems to take responsibility. Before booking online, I thought to try to recheck rates By calling at the property, although I reached the hotel through an online site and found a difference in rate online was 13500 for 3 rooms and the manager said to give me room 3 at 10000 When I reached to check in I found there was no geaser in one room so I said them to avail me a room with geaser, they said there is a 4 bed room u can take that for 5000 and 2 room @3000 each, then I requested the to give me only 2 room they started saying the charges for 4 bed room will be 6000, but I was with my mom her care taker and 4 mausi I had to take these 2 room for 9000 which were not worth 3000 The person sitting on reception kept smoking all time, which made ladies uncomfortable This hotel was actually sealed by the tehsildar and police for beating a customer, still they were taking tourist in there hotel going against the law of the land. All online sites should block this hotel from there websites, it's a third class hotel

To make matters worse, they charged me more than double the online rate I booked at. I would give Avtar Palace a zero rating based on my experience.

Small store rooms with Indian toilets. Try any other place please. Avoid it or you will be disappointed

Room service is not good and cleanliness is also not good and there is no staff..

Overall a very nice experience, Staff here is very friendly, nice outside view, nearby Kamta Nath Temple....

Chitrakoot Kamadgiri temple is very near from the hotel so amazing location.. Amazing view.. Friendly staff and so neat & clean rooms.. Food is very delicious.. Overall great experience.

I had an amazing experience at avtar palace in front of kamdgiri temple. The location is stunning with beautiful views the staff were friendly , welcoming and attentive making my stay feel like a true luxury experience....

Only drawback is no lift facility
