Hamlinn Resort

I had an absolutely awesome experience with Hamlin. The quality of service and commitment shown by the team was truly impressive. Special thanks to Nilesh Sahu, who assisted me throughout the process with great professionalism and a very helpful attitude. He made everything smooth and easy, answering all my queries with patience and providing the best possible support. His dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly appreciate the efforts put in by the entire Hamlin team. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Hamlin to others looking for excellent service .

Hamlinn resort is surprise property of Guna.. Resort is constructed at large land and its on Agra bombay highway. Seems property was used frequently by localities for bigger gatherings such as marriage ceremonies etc. Food was mouth watering and services were great. There was a big size pool however it was not maintained. Room size, interior work, fittings were at par with any 4 star property. Great for Family or group of 3 person visiting for 1-2 with own vehicle only.

1/5 - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Hamlin, and I must say it was an unmitigated disaster. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the administration lacked even the most basic level of professionalism. The higher authorities were unresponsive, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in misconstruing guest complaints than actually addressing them. But what really took the cake was when I discovered that the hotel was not paying its staff a living wage, and was instead treating them like slaves. This is absolutely unacceptable and a clear indication of the hotel's lack of regard for human dignity. Unless Hotel Hamlin undergoes a complete overhaul of its administration and staffing practices, I would strongly advise against staying here. There are far better options available that actually value their customers and treat their staff with respect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL

Good place for a family getaway from Guna city. Food quality and taste is great. Recommended for highway tourers and Guna residents. More activities and a kids zone may be added for more value to this club cum resort.

Very good service and staff is very friendly and food taste is also good . We are happy with theirs behaviour , thank you sneha and pallavi . We will come again.

Tremendous experience here so nice interior and clean rooms familiar staff. We reached here around 1 pm but staff provide us food and milk for childrens

Amazing rooms calming surroundings, right on the highway and a really friendly staff, they were responsible and made sure that we don't face any inconvenience
