Hotel Silver Shine

The overall aesthetic of the hotel is superb. The waiting area, the banquet hall, the dinning area and the parking all are comfortable, clean and top class. The rooms feel a little bit smaller, but they have all the necessary amenities like hot water, ac fan, tv. The indoor lighting felt a little lacking tho. The bed and sheet were clean, the room service was also quite great. No issues anywhere. The food was average tho, and considering the price, but the service was still superb. The staff and employees are very professional and talk politely. % recommend for people looking for a place to stay in Chindwara. Also the market is really close to the hotel, you can buy fruits, sweets or anything there.

The hotel is ok but at this price other better options are also available. Here we need to ask for each necessary things which they should keep in the room. There is a big problem of drinking water for which we need to call several times. Also there is always a smell of smoking in the room. The process of getting wi-fi is difficult.

Sometimes not good for family stay. I found people creating chaos while having drink in their room with room door kept open entire night. No staff was there to address this . Good thing: supportive staff, Location, Dedicated floor for parking. Can be better: taste of food. Only veg is available but taste is below average.

Most pathetic experience ever. I found cockroaches in my bedroom right next to my head over the telecom. Ordered food , the rice were so stale and old that i had only three spoons and got stomach ache. If you want to risk your health, only then go there. Else spare your time & money.

Overall it's a nice place to stay, but I faced probelem related to washroom (stating it below); Service - Good Behaviour of staff - Good Food - Good Rooms - Good Washroom - Can be better, that probelem that I faced was shower speed is too slow, bathroom needs some refurbishing, in morning there was only hot shower even if I rotate the knob to cold water, there is no handwash provided but it should be there providing a good experience to guests. My only probelem was washroom. Rest everything is smooth and perfect. Please look into this and improve it. Thankyou.
