Hotel Shantinath

Worst hotel I've stayed in, in India. Had I not been so tired from cycling from Narsinghpur I'd have gone elsewhere. On my arrival the manager was sat at reception eating peanuts, he was ignorant and not at all interested. I understand there is a language barrier, my Hindi is not great, it was the same with the other staff, ignorant not interested I felt my presence was a burden to them. No customer service whatsoever, just rude staff. Not only that there were cockroaches underneath the kettle in my room, for a hotel that initially tried to charge 2000 rs the standard of cleanliness was poor. I went to the restaurant the day after to order some breakfast, the man there was rude and ignorant, I felt more like an object of ridicule at this hotel, someone to be laughed at. If you are a foreigner and end up in Chhindwara, do not stay at this hotel. Terrible staff.

Very poor Service. You have to do 3 to 4 calls for water,towell,Tea any thing you want .. Worts service experience ever..

Nice place for a stop over in the heart of the city, it is close to bus stop and railway station, yet calm and peacefull place overseeing the chota talab (small lake)

i was staying from last 13 days in this hotel very dirty place, Services is third Class, Nobody will listen your problem ,Room is not proper cleaning, they Do not provide water always force to purchase bisleri , somebody has given me very dirty water by mistake i drank that water after one day i was suffering from vomiting (Picture uploaded),You can not judge hotel services in One day very disappointed from services, this is not hotel to stay, Management is very Lazy, No trained staff available, I will Never recommended to my friends and Colleague to stay in this hotel, in his restaurant you will not get one glass of water always force to purchase bislery ,NO RO facilities,

Very good accommodation, i have a stayed here on 12 jan 22. The best thing is breakfast lunch dinner full facility available. Good behaviour staff. Location is nearest to railway.

It was a good experience staying here. No doubt that location is best with lake view front. Staff were friendly as well. One should try this place if planning to stay in chhindwara.

Complaint in every rooms. (AC, Washroom, Towel quality very bed) Switch board not properly working. EPEBX Not working. Call Bell not working. Not a single room updated. Services poor. Etc. Lot of complaint.

Nice Comfortable Room with budget pricing, Inhouse Restaurant with good tasty food. Excellent room service.
