Hotel Accord International, Banquet &Marriage lawn

This venue was booked for my sister's wedding and I spent 4 days here, so I have had a thorough experience. Staff: Very polite, helpful and accommodation even at odd hours, best thing about this hotel is the people who work here. Catering: The food is naturally well cooked and presented, the variety on menu is fantastic and most importantly, the chef was happy to make adjustments as per guest requests. I can not endorse this enough! Rooms and Housekeeping: Spacious rooms, well appointed and maintained with powerful air conditioning. A very special thanks to Housekeeping staff who do a very thorough job and are exceedingly honest and hardworking people. Bar: Large selection, friendly bar staff - I never imagined I would be sipping Glenlivet in Chhindwara! Overall, after having lived abroad for a while, I was diffident about the choice of venue initially, but after having experienced the hospitality offered by Accord, I can wholeheartedly recommend this venue, they truly live upto the International in their name. Very well done! Amazing!

We did not stay here but dined here only. However the food and service were absolutely fabulous. Aloo gobho masala, tarkha dhal, Tawa roti, raita. The most perfect simple lunchtime meal, cooked perfectly, with less chillie to our taste. We were very glad to have found this place on our journeys. The hotel has a large, quiet garden overlooked by the restaurant, in which the only sound was birdsong. I am sure it would be great for events of all sort. Abundant parking, spacious lobby. It is not cheap, but I have no doubt it is likely the best place to stay and eat in Chhindwara.

Food at the Marriage hall was okayish. Starters were excellent but dal makhni and butter naan was below average.

I have not seen other properties of Chhindwara, but based on the Google reviews, I booked room here and, after spending two days here, I can say, it must be one of the best hotel in the city. Awesome ambiance, cordial staff, cozy rooms. cleanliness is outstanding. Food quality/ quality is just amazing. Parking is not issue at all... elevators are fast... what else one need. Overall 5 star

Horrendous experience.. the staffing is clueless about what they are serving and failed management .. they serviced non veg to a vegetarian inspite of repeating and clearly mentioned that all the ordered dishes are only veg... highly irresponsible and incompetent management and staff .. they are highly insensitive and unapologetic for the blunder they did !!! Never ever going visit this place nor even going to recommend to someone !!!!

We celebrated our Bhaiya Bhabi Marriage Anniversary there ... tranquil atmosphere ... staff n services are good there is a corner for toddlers to play having slides , swings etc to keep them engaged and playful...

One of the top places to stay in Chhindwara town. Spacious lobby and decent sized rooms. Ample vehicle parking space. Quick service, courteous staff, cleanliness well maintained. Please check if there's a wedding/function on the days of your stay, as they have a huge party lawn and could definitely cause distrubance.
