The Urban Heights Chhatarpur

I had dinner at The Urban Heights last night, and while the food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, something really unsettling ruined the experience for me. At one point, I saw one of the male staff members twist the waitress's hand right in front of everyone. It was disturbing to watch, and what shocked me even more was that no one--neither the management nor any of the other staff--stepped in or said anything. As a guest, it was honestly disgusting to witness something like that in a professional setting. No one should have to deal with that, especially while they're working. I really hope the management takes this seriously and ensures a safe and respectful environment for their staff. No matter how good the food and service are, behavior like this should never be ignored.

We have dined here for 4-5 times and everytime the food was good but today the food was stale, not fresh and the service was too delayed. They had a party too due to which it seems they are not able to manage the restaurant guests properly, we ordered veg platter which was cold, malai chaap and achari chaap was so hard that no one can eat it. They didnt had time to bring the lemonade till the time the food was served and eaten by my family.. after complaining about it, they mentioned that their head chef is on leave.. So if thats the case, they should put a close sign rather than serving bad food. It was my birthday and the food was too bad.. i came here because of the quality only but it was really pathetic. If you are planning to visit, make sure their head chef is available and there is no party, else you will be getting cold food only.

Food has a very cheap quality taste.. Punner is a purely Synthetic panner .. Chapati is a pure mainda... Very bad Quality...

Luxury hotel, best service and very wonderful hotel at very economical prices.

Personally a fan of the interior, food is delicious and at a reasonable price. Liked the sunset from there. Definitely one of my favourites here.
