Lalita Home Stay

Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, was on the outskirts of Khajuraho in a relatively peaceful atmosphere. The host john was a treat to interact with, the breakfast included was tasty and fulfilling, hot water was available. The area around the stay is full of maintained flower lawns. The roads are decent and anyone who wants to go for a morning run, be ready for a lot of hills. Overall would recommend it

The host John and Rakesh were great, ready to help. We (Me, my Wife and my 5 year old Son) arrived at the homestay after a 6 hours drive and on our request Rakesh Ji also served us a tasty freshly prepared dinner at a very nominal cost. It's a lovely property designed by Mr. John and maintained by both Mr. John and Rakesh Ji. It has a lovely rose garden which will blow your mind and senses with its colours and fragrance, do not miss to take a stroll in the garden. The varanda provides a lovely view of the front open space and the fields beyond. It's a lovely place to relax and spend your lazy evenings after you are done visiting the temples. The rooms, bathrooms, bedsheets everything was spotless. The stay was amazing at a very affordable rates compared to other hotels available in Khajuraho, I will surely stay here again and recommend others. We had a great time staying and interacting with both Mr. John and Rakesh Ji.

We stayed three nights (17-20 November 2023) in this Exceptionally beautiful place. Our two balcony rooms gave scenic view. Amazing European Structure with beautiful garden, virtually Clean, tidy rooms and bathrooms. Mr.John, Mr. Rakesh and Mr Ashok are all the time available for you. From balcony...far far spread peaceful fields and trees never allows you to be lonely. Many species of birds, specially parrots chirping gives you a feel of musical nature. Your nights are intoxicated with different fragrance of flowers. In the mist of Khajuraho' s great sculptures you feel same romanticism here. Love the quiet country location of this refined and functional homestay. Given his position it may be ideally suited for a longer staying so you can explore the suggestive surroundings besides the worldly famous and wonderful Tantric Temples.

A lovely place,quiet and peaceful common area is great to sit and enjoy an evening coffee/tea, John is an amazing host and the place is close by to the temples I had a pleasant time staying

These people are open and kind; the place is brand new and build by a Indian/Dutch duo. We came by and we're asked in for a tea and we just a relaxing chat about [...] everything. We got a sneak peak in the rooms and they look very good; next time I want to stay here and learn about the environments. We rented a bike and traveled around; the surroundings at very beautiful. Worthwhile to stay a couple days longer!

This place is so quiet, restful, bucolic.The host is kind, helpful, and humorous with relaxed but impeccable taste in decor and staff training. He has helped us with finding drivers and tour guides for any day trips we wanted to make. He also took us to a cultural center for a colorful, educational professional folk dance performance. It has been exceptional, remarkable, healing to be here.

Very clean and comfortable. As it opened recently, everything is new and very tasteful. Surrounded by farmland, able to enjoy the quiet and natural sounds. Owners are very helpful and friendly and doing everything they can to make our stay pleasant. Price is very reasonable.
