**Absolutely Horrible Experience - Would Never Recommend!** If I could give *Hotel Prime Residency* zero stars, I would. I ordered two dosas, expecting a simple and timely meal, but this experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After ordering, I waited a full 25 minutes with zero updates. Turns out, they didn't even have a chef available to make my food! Yet, no one bothered to inform me, and my order just sat there unacknowledged. When I tried calling the hotel for an update, they completely ignored my calls. Finally, I had to involve the delivery partner, and when they spoke to the receptionist on my behalf, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He actually refused to speak with me, claiming he was "too busy," and continued to avoid canceling or even updating my order. Not only was my time wasted, but the customer service was some of the worst I've ever encountered. This hotel clearly does not respect its customers or their time. Avoid this place at all costs!

I am regular client to this hotel. You can't expect anything better than this at a location like chattarpur. Just one input, it's not for non-vegetarians.

Poor Service Special from Restaurant. In breakfast they had only 2-3 option which and fruits they had banana only and which like 1 week old

The food , service and ambience is all good. I liked the taste of the items, the service of the service staff and the interiors of the place. The only thing that went back was the ice cream, I had something green colored in it. May be it was expired or green mould was grown in it. Even though I got the replacement of my dessert, however they didn't acknowledge the failure from their end

The rooms are immaculate and comfy. Staff is highly efficient and cordial .Hygiene is maintained throughout. The hotel is towards the economical side, considering Delhi standards. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Mr. Manish is really helpful and ensures that the stay is comfortable.
