VIRASAT Hotel & Restaurant

I decided to celebrate my birthday here and that was my worst mistake. Staff was very unprofessional, service was way too slow for this type of restaurant. Don't even start with food. It was very salty. When we told the staff they bought another batch it was also very bad . Drinks were like artificially coloured and every drink was like a cold drink . Staff didn't listened when we were complaining.

Rooms are very large in space, but the bathrooms are not very clean. Location is the advantage, it's on the main road and near to railway station.

This is a best hotel to stay. Spacious large clean and neat rooms. Enough car parking. Good customer care support from the girl in reception. Restaurant available. overal happy and comfortable stay here. Two drawbacks are the inexperienced person in reception in early morning 6am. Giving a hard time when check out. second is... This is a marriage venue, and its roadside. Hence if u need no sound and no light in sleep time... better take other side rooms if night function is not there.

Service was overboard but like it and food was yum definitely recommend Amazing taste.

Good location healthy environment but staff is not good very rude and general facilities are very bad.

Zero maintenance. Reception area was empty. We arrived late, we were offered a big room with two king-queen sized bed. But apparently it was a used room. Sheets and duvets were dirty. Asked them a couple of times to change but to no avail. We had to ask for floor cleaning because the floors were too dirty to walk on. Kept calling the reception phone, no one picked up. Had to go to the top floor to tell the guys for basic amenities. Pillow cover smelled like puke. Had to turn it over to catch some sleep. The toilet had both Indian and Western type of toilets that felt pointless if there are more than 4 people sharing the room. Geyser didn't work in the morning and we were offered hot water in a bucket for bathing. The only reason I added one more star is because the food was good. Dal fry, however, had poor quality turmeric or color added. Washing fingers were leaving yellow imprints on the hand. Everything looked premium, but the truth was, nothing was. Very poor maintenance for a hotel they want people returning to.

I Visited today in virasat hotel and restaurant ... no management of lightning and generator Very Poor staff management... We tell for water bottles and they provide very late @virasat_Hotel_&_Restairant please improve this But your rooms and location ambiance is great I give 3 star for this
