Review of Rudraksh Hotel - (3/5 Stars) I recently stayed at Rudraksh Hotel, and my experience was average with some pros and cons. Pros: Affordable Pricing: The hotel offers reasonable rates, making it a budget-friendly option. Decent Location: It's situated in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and local attractions. Courteous Staff: The staff was polite and helpful, though service could be improved. Cons: Room Cleanliness: While the rooms were okay, cleanliness could be better, especially the bathrooms. Limited Amenities: Basic facilities were available, but Wi-Fi was slow, and room service was sometimes delayed. Food Quality: The food was average, and there weren't many options on the menu. Final Verdict: Rudraksh Hotel is a decent option for budget travelers, but it needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and food quality. If you're looking for a short and economical stay, it's manageable, but don't expect luxury. Would I stay again? Maybe, if they improve their services.

The service was very bad. If you ask them to clean the toilet, no one will come and there is no taste in the food.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Landscape impressive. It is grand feelings while entering the hotel. Value of money. Warm reception & trust while booking over phone. Confirmed booking without any advance payment. Rooms size spacecious. AC working fine. Comfortable stay. A major concern is hygienic conditions. Cockroch & small insects staying in room. Please do not open bags for longtime otherwise tiny guests may get shelter in your bags & travel with you. Flies are everywhere inside restaurant. My suggestion to management for installing Air Curtain towards wash area (open area). It is better to ask for Room service instead of dining inside the restaurant.

My self Ajay Chhabra from Lucknow recently visited Rudraksh Hotel Chattarpur with a view to have Darshan of Bageshwar Dham Sarkar and stayed in the Rudraksh Hotel and services of the Hotel are excellent and the rooms are very neat and clean. Very much satisfied with services rendered and Hospitality. Please maintain the same.

Restaurant review Food quality is not at par. They give Briyani rice in Veg Pulao. Half of the bowl of the paneer lababdar was filled with oil and that even wan't the Paneer lababdar, they given some other gravy. Crispy corn was sour. Overall, taste wasn't good and service was also not good. Difficult to find a waiter. Expectations and cost are higher compared to food and taste provided. Consider other better options instead.

Very good location. Rooms are spacious. Room cleaning,specially toilet cleaning needs more attention and quality of toilet fittings very poor. The camode fitted in toilet near reception is broken whilst flushing operatous in toilets attached with rooms are not upto the mark.
