MPT Tana Bana, Chanderi

The rooms are clean and good. Food available is good. The staff is very courteous. The location is very nice to explore near by places of chanderi. The staff here helps you to get the guides for exploring the place. Nice parking space is available and Madhya Pradesh tourism has done great job in maintaining the heritage of the city.

The rooms are spacious, environment around the whole space in very good, Behaviour of staff is so good every time I needed something they have provided me in the minimal time.

Just checked in Worst service. Food ia not available. Dining space is only for 10+12 people. We were standing for chairs to be arranged around dining table. Then nobody did that, we had to drag chairs from different tables. Not a single paneer veg available. Only daal and mixed veg were options. Disheartening services from staff.

Location of the hotel is good but property is not maintained. While we checked in only one person was there and during our two day stay we saw only 2 staff members but while we were checkout all the staff members were there for tip. Nobody knows about the hospitality you have to call several times for towels, cleaning and toilet kit. Curtains are not properly clipped. In breakfast everyday they repeat same menu, even we request them not to repeat but nobody hear us. During the night while I watched the kitchen from outside very big rates were moving on platform and food. I think hotel should be run by professional and courteous staff.

Location is great. Rooms are average. Hygiene is not there specifically in the washroom. Difficult to get any work done without tips. The manager is just like god. You know the manager is there, but not visible. Rooms specifically wash rooms needs modification.

Hospitality, hygiene and cleanliness was excellent. All the staff was cooperative and humble . We could get break fast even at 7.30 am with smile on his face. Beak fast was excellent . I wish good future to MP tourism. Just a suggestion that keep basic plan for channel so that tourist can view Indian cricket match

The food, accommodations, and cleanliness are the greatest parts of the MPT Tana Bana, and I personally appreciate the hygienic environment there. The location of this place is very nice we enjoyed a lot starting from check in we met Mr.Neetesh at reception he described us about chanderi and help us to make an itinerary to visit chanderi everything was up to the mark their food quality ,room service and housekeeping everything was good thanks a lot team Tana Bana.
