Mann Holiday Resort Burhanpur

Our stay at Hotel Mann in Burhanpur was unfortunately quite disappointing. We arrived late at night around 11:30 PM and, after coordinating with Mr. Suraj Joshi and the hotel owner, we proceeded to book and pay for two rooms. To our surprise, only one room was provided to us. When we brought this to their attention, they claimed the booking was only for a single room -- despite clear communication and full payment for two. This left our family in a difficult position, having to squeeze into one room for the night. What added to the frustration was the unkept condition of the room -- it was far from clean and certainly didn't match the value we were charged. On top of that, although we were promised complimentary tea in the morning, we were billed for it during checkout. This lack of transparency and follow-through was disheartening. Overall, the experience was marked by miscommunication, poor service, and a general lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Hotel Mann to others based on our experience.

I'm had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Mann, Burhanpur. We arrived around 11:30 PM, and after discussing with Mr. Suraj Joshi, he promised us two rooms at a certain price. However, after we paid, he only provided us with one room, which was extremely disappointing and inconvenient for my family. He also promised complimentary tea in the morning, but when we checked out, we were charged for it. This felt unprofessional and misleading. The room itself was also dirty and not at all worth the price we paid. Overall, the service was poor, and the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We visited this hotel for a family birthday dinner and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. Since they didn't have a cake available, they arranged one from a bakery and informed us about the delivery charges, which we appreciated. However, the food and service were not up to the mark. The menu under the paneer section was unclear--it simply said "All paneer dishes" with no specific names listed. We ordered the Paneer Cheese Cottage Platter, which turned out to be low in quality with cheap rice and a very small portion size. We also ordered Kaju Masala, which was very disappointing--tasteless, overly spicy red gravy with very few and hard kajus. On top of that, there were no finger bowls provided, and the tissues were of very poor quality. For the high prices they charge, we expected much better food, service, and overall experience. Definitely not worth it, especially for a special occasions.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. I stayed with my family and the hotel was worth the time and money spent. The rooms were clean and we'll kept Had a good experience overall

Worst service, no way of serving food , had to call waiter again again for each and every cutlery . No concern at all . Have to call out for our own order to be served again and again .

There is no basic amenities in room. Staff doesn't know the basic things. It's a worst experience for me.

Food: 2/5 (tea/coffee/dosa/batashey/parantha, all were ok ok) Hygiene: 2/5 (mosquitoes were flying around the table)
