The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and neat. The cleanliness is up to the mark. Try to avoid the ground floor rooms as it opens out in the main entrance lobby and could disturb your privacy.

A decent budget hotel. Small rooms. Do not take rooms near reception to avoid light and sound in night for good sleep. Parking available. The Google location is totally wrong and take you the most congested streets. Get correct location from hotel itself then it's easy. Stayed on 20th Jan 2024

Beautiful, Comfortable and nice place, We stay every time while we are visit to Indore or any . We celebrated Birthday party staff arranged every thing we instructed them. Highly appreciated owner's cooperation very Sweet person

Amazing location n good service

Its a location for just sleeping. The hotel hygiene for bed sheets and blankets is not so clean. But the washroom is clean. The thing i didn't like was the hotel has a more Indian style bathroom and very few western style. Rooms are very old and accommodation is cheap

Nice and decent hotel. affordable and good for cheap stays for transit as there is no such place place to enjoy here in burhanpur except a gurudwara. rooms are neat and clean. sleep quality was good as we were very tired.

Comfortable and ideal for relaxing.Service is also good.Working tv sets in all the rooms.Spacious and well maintained rooms.Lift facility is also available.But no water heaters in the bathroom

No Room service, Dirty and smelling Rooms, Aircondition not working properly , Bed sheets and Blankets are dirty.
