Hotel High Rise Regency

We travelled for the first time to Burhanpur from different parts of the country, after a tiring train journey, stay at this hotel was relaxing and comfortable. The price was justifiable, rooms were neat and clean and most importantly the staff was very accommodating.

We were apprehensive as we had a senior citizen along with us. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a comfortable stay. The food is noteworthy, and so is the breakfast spread. There is a mall and multiplex in the same building (separate entrance) and hence you have a good shopping experience as well.

Very cosy hotel and service is prompt. Morning breakfast served was too good.

Its a excellent experience full value of money & staff behaviour and service is very friendly and sportive

Hotel high rise is very hotel it accomodation is fantastic, good communication and fast service of all staff, food was also good, I personally recommend to all people they stay in this hotel and take good experience

I have got very good experience of the stay. Hospitality of staff is very good ,people are humble and cooperative. Hotel is neat and clean. very best part of restaurant is breakfast and food quality is very very good . one should experience it. Town like Burhanpur, madhya pradesh, The hotel and food maintain the quality and consistency. i am traveling across the globe but I never get food quality like this.

This hotel occupies the first and second floors of a mall that has a multiplex on the third floor. So if you need a quiet room on the second floor, make sure it is far from the screen above. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and service is quick and professional. The food too is good and hygienic. However if you order a thali in your room or restaurant, they give it packed in a plastic container. Even on request they don't serve it in regular plates and bowls. This not only ruins the dining experience but makes it quite unhealthy as hot liquid/semi liquid dishes packed in thin plastic becomes hazardous. The waiter and the manager, both acknowledged this but said they can't serve me in a regular plate as they are not allowed to do so. Quite disappointing!
