SPOT ON 63358 Hotel Raddison

So I can't even begin to express how overwhelmed I am with joy, I am a single parent and wanted to treat my 6 & 7 year old to something different and magical, especially during all of this covid and pandemic tragedy!||||On arrival we was greeted by the lovely Victoria, she went through every little thing in detail and reassured we was in a safe and secure environment, what she didn't know, was that I suffer with anxiety really bad, ( I felt I had to come out of my comfort zone n treat my children) and this lovely woman really did go above n beyond to help me make sure my stay was special she personally, located us to the spa introduced us to Hannah who was working at the desk in the spa, they also Provided us with arm bands n floats as my daughter didn't have any, the stay was just everything!!||||We was on the top floor with a very pretty view, the children was upset we only booked the one night.||||Before leaving Victoria helped, with taking my bags into my taxi n placing them into the boot, every little helps when your a single parent I definitely will be coming here again thank you guys! What a beautiful hotel.

I stayed in Radisson Hotel , Shimla, India from 22nd May to 25th May 2023 with my wife for 3 nights. Our stay was great and very comfortable. I am appreciate and thanks to Miss Yashita who has provide impeccable service and very polite and helpful.
