Singrauli Palace Heritage Hotel

Dining at Kanchan Mahal, the restaurant at Singrauli Palace Heritage Hotel, was a delightful experience. The ambiance is serene and regal, beautifully reflecting the heritage of the palace. It's a perfect place for a peaceful and elegant meal. The service was top-notch--staff were courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. A special mention for their cold coffee--absolutely refreshing and one of the best I've had in a long time! Highly recommended if you're in or around Singrauli and want a great meal in a royal setting.

I didn't even stay at this hotel, yet I feel compelled to leave a review. The reception staff was incredibly unprofessional. I had accidentally made a reservation and paid through Make My Trip. I spent 2 to 2.5 hours coordinating between the hotel and the Make My Trip team, trying to cancel the booking and request a refund. The hotel staff repeatedly gave unclear responses--first agreeing to cooperate, then saying yes over and over without any actual resolution. After all that effort, they ultimately refused to cancel the booking or initiate a refund. I spoke to multiple people from the hotel team. While a few were polite, they seemed clueless about what to do and just kept saying "yes" to everything, as though they were stalling for time. In contrast, the Make My Trip team was genuinely helpful and professional throughout. I even visited the hotel to speak to their team in person, hoping for some clarity. Instead, I was met with the same lack of decisiveness--no clear "yes" or "no." What made things worse was overhearing them on a call with another guest in a similar situation, giving the same vague and unhelpful responses. It was frustrating to see this pattern of poor communication. On ethical grounds alone, I'd rate this hotel poorly. As for their rooms, services, or facilities--try them at your own risk. If they handled a straightforward issue like mine so poorly, I can't imagine how they'd manage actual service delivery.

I stayed 2 long trips here and I can see it is a good and decent property, good food , very hygienic and spacious rooms. Yes I recommend it for business and leisure travel

Service too bad Rooms very poor Even AC not working well ordered food not received but included in bill . Swimming pool water is dirty.

Palace like stay amidst a remote destination. Healthy and tasty breakfast. Heritage artifacts can seen every where. This place carries the legacy of its rich culture and history. They support with transport and guidance.

The service is ok but the taste of food is not so good it's like worstt.......

Food was tasty enough...Aroma was average and staff are also not soo active.....if it will be more crowded u may have to wait more for anything u ask for...
