HOTEL RADIANT

The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. But service is very poor. They do not trust you If water is not coming on tap and you called the reception, first his service men came room and check water coming or not they give you alternative bathroom and if water not coming that bathroom then they will fill the overhead water tank.

The hotel is not as good as expected. The small room doesn't have AC in the room which causes suffocation & toilet is very congested. The bigger room doesn't have spacious toilets. Positively, they have a big garden with a proper spacious shade which can gather 500 people in the shade.

Its a 1 year old hotel. The staff was good and polite except for one who did follow basic manners. I asked for a waterbottle, this person came to deliver and instead of just handing over the waterbottle he entered the room and kept it on the table and kept looking around which was very weird. They dont have a lift, we got our room in second floor, they have rooms up till 3rd floor. The rooms were good for the price we paid but there was no hot water, when enquiried the receptionist said we wont get hot water, had to take bath in the cold water at 4:30 am.

The hotel is at road side and has easy access. The staff Rakeah who picked us and took to the room was very well-mannered and dear person. The reception staff was good and helped me with formalities. The room was very well maintained with all necessary facilities such as T.V., A.C., etc. Cleanliness was very good in room and washroom. The washroom was spacious. Despite of staying at a random place like this, I was assured to see a good gated parking spacewith camera installed, which was monitoredfrom the reception. I stayed for a night during my trip from Pune to Delhi. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend this for stay.

very nice hotel Newly built hotel in Biora with good services and cooperative staff. Rooms were cleaned & well maintained with facility of both AC & non AC rooms being available. Try out zaika restaurant (Ground Floor) for good dining experience.

Surprisingly spacious and luxurious rooms with all amenities. The bathroom is a bit smaller and taps and fixtures are bit rusted. Good for a short stop while travelling through as it is right on the highway. Food provided too is pretty decent. Call ahead and let them know in case you are on the road and they will wait for you.

Rooms were cleaned. Staff was very polite services were very prompt. Whole hotel staff was very supportive and nice. It was value for money to stay in this hotel. 1- Another good point is that it's on highway
