Hotel employees turn ac off whenever they want They are rude and don't listen We need to tell multiple times to provide proper service but don't listen and reply rudely

Good place for all the meetings and collab

The mahak hotel is situated at a outskirts of the town. I have gone there several times. From what i have experienced, i can tell you that the food they serve there is very delicious. The waiting time is also less. The staff behave professional and show well groomed etiquettes. The hotel also has a indoor big hall along with a ground on the backside which is quite big so you can rent it for big parties also.

I usually don't provide reviews but highly disappointed by the service. It was the Worst hotel management i have ever seen. Nothing was provided same or even near by as decided while booking... AC tv hot water were not working... Food taste was also not good... For almost every ask there was an excuse to not to provide... Overall worst experience would not recommend even for a day stay...

We stayed in this hotel just for 1 night. The hotel is located in the neemuch highway. It's a newly built property where most works unfinished. In fact over here, all the buildings are just unfinished. The rooms are spaciouly big but some amenities are missing. There is no floor mat in or outside the bathroom, no hot water from the tap. Fan, window and behind the bed was so dirty. Even the toilet. Bed was good. It was complete dirty behind & under the bed. Lots of garbage. Hotwater is provided in a bucket for shower. It is not very hot. Just u get a normal temperature water after mixed. We tried dinner in their restaurant. The biryani we ordred was like instant and not good at all. No accompaniments were given. When half the way thru, they gave some sliced onions. Restaurant is big but as like hotel, it is getting less crowd. Price is too high for each dish. The hotel is totally uncrowded and I think including us there are just 3 or 4 rooms occupied. There is no electricity generator if any power failure occurs. My room was having a regular lock fixed on the outside door which can b locked by mistake or purposely by anyone outside. U will b trapped. There is a phone in the room to speak to reception but no one answers. Wifi available but only in the lobby. The bathtowel provided was like plastic. Water is not at all absorbed. We used our own. Overall a worst stay and I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing is good. Charging 1000 rupees for 1 night is too much. This hotel worth to maximum of 300 rupees per night. There is no paid taxi services like ola or uber here. Must to take local auto to reach this property. Got a good parking space.

Its ok place to stay for night if you have not planned stay and looking something for rest in between chittor and indoor or ujjan. Room are specious but not so well maintain. They have reasturant which can provide morning breakfast with some limited options. If you are driving at night around 10 pm then better to stay here as main city like indoor, ujjan are 3 hours drive from here.
