The Whispering Palms Resort

A resort with just 6 cottages(rooms), where you have to ask for everything twice. And if you want to have breakfast, you must wait till 9 am. They don't care if you miss the flight. Their kitchen staff reaches at 8.30 am. Hence, even while requesting an 'early' breakfast and being promised that you will get it by 8 pm, you don't get it. You wake up one person sleeping at the reception, who takes the payment but asks you to wait till 9 am for the breakfast. Having no choice, you leave the place to catch your flight. The approach is all the more bad. Lastly, if you are habitual of sleeping early, forget it, as there are people having dinner outside your cottage.

Extremely bad service. 1. I keep calling for booking confirmation, but the call was forwarded and no response received. Finally at the last moment received confirmation. 2. Was not informed that the rooms are specifically for Couples ONLY. I required twin bed room not a large one. 3. Too many mosquitoes, cockroaches and insects in room. 4. There is a tea coffee machine but no cups, tea bags or sugar. Informed 3 different persons, all disappeared. 5. No water in bathroom. Changed room but same problem. 6. Was on breakfast inclusive plan but they won't serve eggs as it is VERY expensive. 7. Cats stroll round the place. 8. You request for anything or tell a problem to anyone at the hotel and the person runs to hide inside the kitchen. I strongly recommend DONOT VISIT

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Whispering Palms today. My friend and I arrived for lunch, eager to enjoy a meal together. After we placed our orders, the waiter informed us that it would take about 10-20 minutes. We were fine with the wait, expecting a delicious meal to follow. However, after a significant amount of time passed, the same waiter returned with a bewildering announcement: the kitchen had been closed since the morning, and they could not provide any food at all. This lack of communication is simply unacceptable for a restaurant. It felt as though our time and patronage didn't matter at all. The staff's demeanor was unprofessional, and the management clearly needs to improve their operations. There was no apology or alternative offered, leaving us feeling frustrated and neglected. Dining out is not just about the food; it's also about the experience, and this one was abysmal. Overall, The Whispering Palms has a lot of work to do in terms of customer service and communication. I certainly won't be returning and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money for a place that values its customers.

A beautiful place to sit in this chilly winter under the lights...dinner... Light music...hot food...with a bonfire...they arranged it so well...staff makes us comfortable even in this chilly weather...food was good too..open space for the kids too to enjoy...they placed the swings too that makes my children engaged... One small suggestion.. kindly place some games like carrom ... chess...zenga..Ludo...to engage the kids more time... Overall quiet and peaceful place...

Best place to hang out in Bhopal! The service is splendid and so is the food. I especially love the butter chicken and chatpata soya chaap. Must try!

Don't ever go this place .. service worst, food is even more worst, they had a plumbing problem which was reported at 7pm. They kept on saying it will take 5 mins... The problem was finally resolved at 12.am. too many mosquitoes in the room,...
