Disappointing Experience at The Ten Cafe Despite Good Food and Ambience I recently visited The Ten cafe with friends to celebrate a birthday, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service--especially from a waiter named Tahir. While the cafe has beautiful ambience and good food, the staff's attitude ruined what should have been a joyful celebration. As we were settling in, Tahir approached to take our order and rudely asked us to "hurry up," even though we had just arrived. We were there to relax, not be rushed. Throughout our visit, he hovered around, making it clear he wanted us to leave quickly because others were waiting. Even after we paid, he asked us to vacate the table while we were taking a few photos. When questioned, he blamed it on "orders from inside." His tone was rude and unprofessional. To make it worse, no one welcomed us when we arrived--no water, no glasses, nothing until we called out multiple times. For a premium cafe, this level of service is unacceptable. In conclusion, while The Ten cafe has potential, the lack of basic hospitality--especially from Tahir--completely ruined our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training.

Absolutely pathetic service. The server took our order and simply forgot about it. When we enquired, he said we didn't order the mentioned thing. Each dish is taking forever to arrive, when neighbouring tables are getting their food in a matter of minutes. Not sure if that's a case of racism as we have non-indian folks at our table but nevertheless this place is something I would never recommend to anyone. Saw folks from other table returning their food so that talks about the quality and taste of the food. Maybe we arrived on a bad day but it was definitely a bad experience for us. If you just want to relax and enjoy the coffee this is the most beautiful place in bhopal with a very peaceful environment, I highly recommend a Barista( Mehaz ali) he is so professional in his task, that you guys will love your beverage.

Recently explored a new cafe in Bhopal, housed in a bungalow. The cafe offers roadside parking, although there's no valet service available. The food and beverages were just okay, and while the ambiance is soothing with plenty of greenery, I noticed that most of the menu items were missing. Overall, the location is good, but the cafe could benefit from additional training and improved management to reach its full potential.

We booked the room last minute as we were travelling via Bhopal with our fur baby. We booked the suite as that was the only one available. Bedroom First about the room. - The interior design of the room was good. But the comfort of the bed could be better. - Our suite was next to the restaurant in the hotel and let me tell you that their windows are not soundproof. Infact the sounds were so loud and close by we thought the windows were open. - 2 of the plugs didn't work. Bathroom - The hot water was insufficient for winter as the geyser capacity didn't match the water flow(pressure pump) - The showerhead was spoiled and sprayed water everywhere. - THE FLUSH DIDN'T WORK - The toilet seat was a bit dated and stained, though it was clean. Living Room - Nice art - Fan stopped working after 15 mins - There were literally 20 plugs in the room. - Mood lighting was in abundance but none of it worked. Service - There was no private parking, in fact we had to park infront of their main gate when we first arrived. - Food was decent enough and was accomadatingly served in our room. - They gave us packed breakfast even though we left very early in the morning. - Attendants were not knocking before entering the rooms. Pets - There was no seperate area for pets to relax, not even a small area. - Pets are allowed in the rooms and outside area of restaurant. - Outside the hotel there were at least 15 street dogs which made walking our pet very difficult. Overall we expected better for the price. Though if they improve their basics, it would be a lovely room to stay.

went for lunch with a friend. very small, cosy, green place. great for working professionals looking for a corner to grab a tasty bite and work peacefully.

Very nice lounge at the heart of the city Beautiful ambience But because of non vegetarian i don't try food here I took only tea and that was awesome
