Celebrating my 60th birthday at Hotel Residency with my school friends was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable stay, creating the perfect environment for reminiscing about old times with my friends. The decor added an air of sophistication, while the amenities provided ensured convenience and luxury. The food was an absolute highlight! The diverse menu catered to every palate, and every dish was a culinary delight. The chefs went above and beyond to curate a memorable dining experience, with flavors that lingered long after the meal. The special arrangements they made for my birthday dinner were both thoughtful and grand. The hotel's event team specially the Manager Mr. Shantanu Roy had meticulously planned every detail of the celebration, ensuring a seamless and joyous evening. The roof top offered the ideal setting, creating a balance of elegance and comfort. Overall, Hotel Residency proved to be the perfect venue for this milestone celebration. Great food, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service made it a truly remarkable experience. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate this special day! One of the worst hotel in terms of Management... Cons 1. AC is centralized and you have absolutely no control on the temp setting .. it trip multiple times during my stay and I complained multiple times which was acknowledged but no resolution was provided. 2. The room cleaning disnt happened till 3.00 PM when the room key and cleaning instructions was given at 9 AM at front desk. When complained was told that cleaning happen till evening and if you require prioirty hang the clean my room tag. Absurd reply but what can you expect now. 3. Asked the front desk to change the water bottle in room to cold one but was given a response its chargeable. When we told that we dont want new bottle only change the warm one to a cold one then it got changed. 4. The outside of hotel was recently painted and each room has pungent smell of paint need room fresherners everyday 5. I was first allotted room 316 however AC was throwing hot air and creating a lound noise like a blender so was changed and upgraded to room 112 the room was silent however still the ac issue persisted. Pros- Only food which was good and freshly prepared. And the serving staff is very polite and good great breakfast option but thats it Final opinion If you can find any other hotel in this range chose that and avoid this hotel. They seriously need to work on managing the client complaints and issue in a better manner AVOID IF YOU REQUIRE PEACE

Over all it was a decent hotel, however the hygienic point is absent in their. For the 4 nights we stayed there 2 days were the days when we were facing severe low quality water.. the utility water smelled and tasted foul.. something must have been died in their to give such a rotten smell. The problem lies that no action was taken till the third day and then we went on our next destination. 14-18 Nov 2024.

I came here for the senior National rowing championships at Bhopal upper Lake It was a nice experience to stay at a nice location and the residence hotel rooms are good

Attended a wedding here. The food taste was pathetic, and the quality of water was extremely dirty. Almost like black sewage water. Would not recommend this for any function gathering or stay whatsoever.

This the worst hotel I have been to ...my family member has been married from this hotel and beleive me my every relative has been suffered either with loose motion or vomiting issues ..please don't select this hotel for your major events or be ready for embarrassment !!!

Worst experience, I came here to attend the friends wedding. I had food here, which was bad, food was smelling and I had food poisoning, quality of water was also bad. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst hotel in term of service, don't waste your money here you will be disappointed,i had my family function here and service was pathetic,water was provided by hotel was close to septic level , rooms are also smelly, i highly recommend you to try other hotels otherwise you will just regret coming here
