Great service... I got upgraded to a suite and it was a wonderful experience. ||Also, Ribita at the restaurant was very kind with her hospitality and service. ||Appreciate the way the entire check in process too was very smooth, because of which I generally prefer to stay in the Fern properties across. But I feel that instead of me sharing my documents each time I check in, there should be a centralized mechanism, where the system automatically captures my data with my name and date of birth.

Great experience with the meals and Ribti from the kitchen staff helped me a lot to get my meals customised to the mild spice level. Also Asha from housekeeping was impeccable with her work. Breakfast and dinners were amazing to taste, i liked mildly spicy food and they obliged to my concerns in a welcoming way.

Room service is slow. Need to replace Godrej Qubes from rooms with proper mini bar refrigerator. Need to improve hospitality. Food - can be improved, unexpected unwanted sugar to recipes spoiling the expressions

Very good experience we have with our 3year old food is good and full of variety ribti help us alot in every meal with great smile another staff Narinder and krishna also gives us so much comfort good hospitality we fell like home along with our child.

This is the hotel very good for stay it near to isbt all the services are good and breakfast is to good my stay was very comfortable all tha staff is good specially thanks to Archana she assist us Very well |Highly recommended for Bhopal visitor.
