I usually don't write reviews, but this time, it feels necessary. I was closely involved in planning my friend's wedding and had been coordinating with this property right from the start. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disaster. Let me break it down for anyone considering this venue: 1. They made countless promises during booking but delivered on none of them. 2. From the beginning, there was only one so-called point-of-contact--who barely had any clue or authority. 3. The water supply in the rooms was yellow and dirty--completely unhygienic. 4. Guests, including the bride and her family, were literally locked inside their rooms at one point. 5. The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, and untrained in handling wedding guests. 6. Himanshu, the manager, along with the GM, made the entire experience more difficult than it needed to be. 7. The kitchen was infested with huge rats. Yes, rats. 8. Once you've booked the resort, you're on your own--don't expect any post-booking support. 9. They'll lie to vendors and guests, claiming your wedding team is part of their in-house services. 10. They promised backup power but failed to provide it when it was needed most. 11. Absolutely no security or safety protocols in place. 12. They misbehaved with several guests, including elders and women. 13. The pool was filthy throughout the stay--never cleaned, not once. 14. Parking is unsafe--there were multiple thefts due to the property being close to a village. 15. None of the CCTV cameras work--zero surveillance. 16. Housekeeping staff is extremely ill-mannered and unwilling to help. 17. They claimed credit for my decor and event planning work, falsely telling guests it was all done by their in-house team. 18. Despite returning room keys, we were charged extra for them. 19. The bride's family was locked inside their room without any explanation. 20. They sugarcoat everything before the booking--but the reality hits hard once you're on-site. In just 4 days, I witnessed several instances of mismanagement, false commitments, and a general lack of professionalism. Whether it was dealing with clients, vendors, artists, or planners, their go-to response was either "we can't do this" or "this wasn't part of the agreement." It's frustrating, exhausting, and frankly, embarrassing to host your loved one's special day at a venue like this. If you need proof, I have photos, videos, and testimonies from guests who were equally disappointed. Please don't fall for their sweet talk--they'll ruin your most important day and walk away with no accountability. You've been warned.

This place is great for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind. The scenic beauty, combined with various attractions like a lake with ducks and adorable rabbits, adds to the charm. There are plenty of Instagram-worthy photo spots throughout the property. The rooms are uniquely themed based on different cities and countries, such as Mexico, Paris, and Turkey, making each stay feel special. The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is incredibly friendly, prompt, and ensures everything is neat and tidy. If you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary, the resort goes the extra mile with customized experiences, including candle-lit dinners and special decorations. Another huge plus - it's pet-friendly! So, you can bring along your furry friends. Great service from Mr Aditya , Rahul and the rest of the team. Overall, a perfect vacation spot! Absolutely Horrendous Experience - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT||I don't usually write reviews, but the experience we had at this property for my sister's wedding was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. What was supposed to be a joyous and memorable occasion turned into a nightmare, thanks to this disastrously managed venue.||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a disgusting, pungent smell that lingered throughout the property. It was unbearable and nauseating -- something you'd expect near a garbage dump, not at a wedding venue. The water quality was abysmal -- dirty, smelly, and completely unusable. To make matters worse, the place was infested with millions of house flies. They were everywhere -- on the food, on the furniture, swarming around guests. It was beyond unhygienic, it was revolting.||The staff behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive, aggressive, and completely unwilling to help, even when we raised serious concerns. No sense of responsibility, no courtesy, and absolutely no hospitality.||Now let's talk about the pool -- it was filthy beyond words. People who dipped their feet or tried to enjoy it ended up with rashes and skin allergies. Completely unacceptable and clearly never cleaned or maintained.||To top it all off, not a single drop of cold water was provided to guests in the sweltering heat. How does a venue hosting a wedding not have cold drinking water? And don't even get me started on the food -- it was awful. Tasteless, stale, and clearly prepared without care or quality.||All in all, this place ruined what should have been a beautiful event. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy, let alone someone looking to celebrate a special day. If you care about your guests and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We recently visited Samardha Jungle Resort Bhopal for dinner, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! Delicious Food The food was outstanding! The chef did an excellent job of preparing a wide range of dishes that catered to all our tastes. From traditional Indian cuisine to modern favorites, every dish was a treat. Awesome Service The service was top-notch! The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience. _Budget-Friendly_ The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and service. _Kids-Friendly_ The resort had a great ambiance, and the staff were welcoming to our kids. They had a great time, and we were happy to see them enjoying themselves. _Highly Recommended_ Overall, I would highly recommend Samardha Jungle Resort Bhopal for dinner. They are cheaters, told us to use both the pools and other facilities but provide only inside pool which was not in good condition. Very bad experience... Very poor service they only want money and don't care about your facilities. My daughter birthday was completely spoiled by them. #Don't go there #save ur money and very important your time.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The food quality was extremely poor--bland, stale, and nowhere near what you'd expect from a decent place. The entire campus smelled like a dump yard, making it unbearable to stay outdoors. The swimming pool was the worst part. It was never cleaned, and the water looked and smelled like sewage. To make things worse, there were actual frogs in the pool! It was disgusting and completely unhygienic. Service was another major issue--staff were rarely available when needed, and getting basic requests fulfilled was a struggle. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Filthy Pool & Stale Ambience: The swimming pool is a health hazard. The water is murky and greenish-yellow, likely due to neglect and proximity to a nearby garbage dump. The entire area reeks of decay and neglect. 2. Unhygienic Rooms & Smelly Toilets: The rooms are poorly maintained, with stained linens and foul-smelling toilets. The entire resort feels like it hasn't seen a cleaning crew in ages. 3. Rude & Incompetent Staff: Staff members are not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Repeated requests for assistance were met with indifference and hostility. It's clear they have no training in hospitality. 4. Disastrous Dining Experience: The food is inedible. Breakfast was stale, lunch was worse, and dinner was a joke. The dining area is unclean, and the staff couldn't care less about hygiene or service. 5. Overpowering Stench from Nearby Dump Yard: The entire resort is engulfed in a nauseating stench from a nearby garbage dump. The foul smell seeps into every corner of the property--your room, the dining area, even the so-called "nature walk." It ruins any chance of relaxation. The air is thick with the stink of rotting waste, and the management has made no effort to address this health and hygiene disaster. For a place branding itself as a "jungle retreat," it's more like a landfill with beds.
