Our stay was comfortable and definitely worth the price. Safal Retreat offers great value for money. While our experience was excellent, there's always that tiny bit of room for improvement. However, the exceptional service, tasty food, and comfortable accommodations make Safal Retreat a highly recommended option for anyone visiting Bhopal. We left feeling well looked after and would gladly return.

Rooms The rooms are nothing like the photos advertised. We had booked an Exotic Room but were downgraded to a Premium Club Room because the Exotic Room was in terrible condition. The exotic room had ant infestation. Moreover, the exotic room looked nothing like the pictures displayed on their website, as well as on third party booking platforms. This misleading advertising could easily lead to legal action for false representation by the Consumer Court. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to escort us to our room. Additionally, we encountered an ant infestation, which forced us to change rooms and we had to downgrade to Premium Club room despite the fact that we had paid for an Exotic room. The hotel made no refunds for the same. Food The in-room dining menu had extremely limited options, and the food quality was underwhelming. Positives 1. Due to low occupancy of the hotel, we received a late checkout by almost 2 hrs. 2. Housekeeping staff was prompt and polite. Final Remarks They claim luxury on their website however, there was nothing luxurious about this hotel. The overall experience did not resemble a three-star hotel; rather, it felt like a budget stay equivalent to an Oyo. You can find far better accommodations at much lower prices. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Whole stay was so heartwarming the way staff interacted with me including the front desk officials. Thanks Mr. Yash (front desk) for such great experience. The rooms and food were of great quality. I would be happy to back for a stay in future.

The safal retreat was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, and the desk clerk name Ankita Vishwakarma was so nice and humble to us. I specially enjoyed the food service but it was a bit expensive, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Overall the experience was superp cleanliness and the ambience of the place was 10 out of 10. The best part was checkin experience by Mr.Yash, was very Clam and familier, Welcoming gesture with the wonderfull smile which really makes my checkin experience top memorable. Would like to mention HK staff to make place valuable by there cleanliness. Must visit the place for wonderful experience .

The ambience was very good . I loved everything about it :) rahul soni of safal retreat was amazing and his hospitality touched our hearts ! Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable .the wedding venue was beautiful. And we enjoyed a lot . Would definitely visit again
