A truly unforgettable experience at Sadar Manzil Heritage Bhopal. The architecture is stunning, with every corner reflecting the city's rich history. What stood out most was the dining, breakfast at Diwan-e-Khas felt regal, with beautifully plated dishes and a thoughtful mix of Indian and global flavours. Every meal was a celebration of Bhopal's culture and culinary elegance. Warm, attentive service added to the charm. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates heritage with exceptional food.

We were here for a family dinner. The ambience is extraordinary and the property is extremely beautiful. The staff is courteous. The service is unimaginably slow and bad. For this price point (which is possibly the highest in the city), you will be disappointed with the service. They might improve in future but as of now our dinner turned out to be a big disappointment. I'll note that the staff and the chef were apologetic later on but unfortunately that doesn't change anything about our spoiled experience which was supposed to be a celebratory dinner.

Honestly, thanks for at least giving the property a facelift, because that's literally the only thing you guys managed to do right. Beyond that, everything else is a full-blown disaster. Your staff is absolutely pathetic. Rude, clueless, and completely incapable of handling even basic guest interactions. It's like nobody taught them how hospitality works -- or maybe they just don't care. Either way, it's embarrassing. And don't even get me started on the restaurant manager and reception team -- they don't answer calls, they don't call back, and they act like they're doing you a favor just by breathing in the same space. And now, the real joke: this "1500 minimum cover charge" nonsense. Whoever thought of this should be awarded for creating the most brain-dead policy ever. If a group of 10 people comes in and the bill is 9000, why the hell are you still robbing people for 15,000? It's not a cover charge anymore -- it's straight-up daylight robbery dressed as some "policy." Absolute stupidity at its peak. In short, you have a stunning-looking property run by some of the most clueless, careless, and arrogant staff I've ever encountered. Fix your staff, fix your policies, or just stop pretending you're running a hospitality business. Right now, you're just wasting everyone's time and money. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy unless I really wanted to ruin their evening.

Horrible guest experience at Sadar Manzil. I understand that certain areas like the top floor might not be open to visitors, but there was no sign or information given to let us know that. Instead of simply informing us, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and spoke in a completely unprofessional manner. There's a basic way to communicate with guests -- this was not it. Very disappointed and won't recommend visiting if this is the kind of treatment visitors get.

Great ambiance but equally bad food We went there for dine-in and had a very bad experience We ordered a paneer dish from starter which was bland .. i think they forgot to add spices Another dish named akbari kofte was also not up to mark Only breads were good Being pure vegetarian all my life.. this was one of the worst veg food i ever had Not expected this from an international brand P.S. there is a cover charge of 1500 per head .
