Chef Vishnu, From the very first bite to the last every dish he prepared was a masterpiece. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were beyond anything we could have imagined. Chef Vishnu crafted a menu that perfectly matched the occasion--elegant, delicious, and made with so much love and passion. Our guests couldn't stop praising the food, and many even said it was the best they've ever had at any event! More than just a chef, Vishnu brings warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes you feel truly special. We are so grateful for the magic he brought to our big day. Chef Vishnu is the one. He's not just the best--he's the bestest! At the same time, a huge thanks to Balveer, who managed the entire event with so much grace and professionalism. From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly decor, timing, coordination, everything was smooth and stress-free. He made sure every moment was special for us and our guests.

The room were neat and clean. Location is good near to ISBT bus stop. Hotel had it's own Gym though small and swimming pool. It was great stay. Restaurant is good and food is tasty. Hotel is very cooperative and helpful always ready to help. Overall it was great stay

I am highly disappointed from the hotel. Our rooms bedsheet by mistaken got a stain and rest of bedsheet was not tht clean and unnecessarily they have chrged 2800/- rupees for the bedsheet. We admit the mistake but charging unnecessary heavy amount for just bedsheet is not okay, Itni mehngi to market me bhi nhi milti Not at all happy.

Regenta place is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were very co-operative and helpful. The ambience is great and the food is delicious. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience was amazing! Highly recommended!

NO WIFI IN MY ROOM. I SPOKE TO SO MANY STAFF. NO ONE HELPED ME. I WASTED A WHOLE DAY TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I DID NOT EVEN GO OUT TO EXPLORE. I booked this hotel solely for the promise of reliable internet access, but despite numerous calls and trips to reception, no one could resolve the issue. I messaged the GM, Manish, on WhatsApp several times before arriving--no reply. By the end, I think he blocked me. The lobby is full of staff in suits strutting around, looking busy but accomplishing nothing. The room and breakfast were decent, but the service is nonexistent--call reception with a request, and they rush to hang up without follow-through. Even negative Google reviews get generic positive replies; no one reads or checks anything. It's a two-star experience dressed up in four-star furniture and fittings. I won't be returning.

Having stayed a day at this hotel, here are the pros and cons. Pros: The location is good as it is easy to find. Offers good parking place. The staff is courteous, helpful and attentive. The breakfast provided is just about average. Cons: The rooms are very small. The toilet is a tight fit. There are no hand towels provided as there is no provision for them in the washroom. The linen and towels are very old and have lost their white colour. They appear soiled. The service is extremely slow all around.

I had an unpleasant experience at Regenta Bhopal. The bathroom was extremely small, and after bathing, the water would flood the entire space. I had to call housekeeping after every shower to clean up the mess. The breakfast was average, with very limited variety, and the bedsheet and blanket had noticeable stains. I requested a room change, but despite being promised one, it never happened before I checked out. Overall, the stay was far from comfortable

The staff here is really kind and sweet, Especially chef Vishnu is very halp ful person The ambiance of the place is very good I would like to visit this place again. The food is good, the stuff is really nice, this hotel is in the middle of the city, as very convenient. Love this place a lot.
