**A Perfect Venue for Our Daughter's 1st Birthday Celebration - Hotel Radisson Bhopal** We recently celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at Hotel Radisson Bhopal, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience! The hotel provided the perfect setting for this special occasion, and the team made sure everything went smoothly. The **ambience** of the hotel is absolutely stunning - it's elegant, warm, and inviting, which created the ideal atmosphere for our celebration. From the beautifully decorated Fusion Cafe area to the attention to detail in every corner, it felt like a perfect venue for our little one's big day. The **food service** was impressively fast and efficient, which made it even easier to enjoy the celebration without worrying about delays. And speaking of food, it was absolutely **delicious**. The spread was varied and flavorful, with something for everyone to enjoy, from appetizers to desserts. Our guests couldn't stop praising the quality and taste! However, what truly made the event memorable was the incredible **support** from the hotel staff, especially **Mr. Govind Paramar**. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived, his warm and attentive approach made us feel well taken care of, and he was always there to assist with any requests. Thanks to Hotel Radisson Bhopal, we were able to create beautiful memories for our daughter's milestone. It was my first time in Radisson, I went with my family for dinner, the ambiance and seating was really good, There were both small & big seating available, we had many dishes, all were really good, presentation, taste, quantity everything was good Service was also fast and even after the closing time, they accepted our request of 1 parcel :) Valet parking is also available. The only thing I didn't like was their menu, they didn't have the traditional printed menu, it was available on a website, and it was not a very pleasant experience to navigate it, as the text is very small, the website is loaded with lots of ads which cover the content. I recommend PDF or a better website/layout for the menu.

My wife and I were staying on long stay. We spent 7 (seven) nights. While the staff on duty was very efficient and courteous and looked after us well, I could not connect with the General Manager inspite of leaving several messages at the front desk. Such interactions with long stay guests are customary and feedbacks from guests are useful for improvement in service standards. I can't understand if that was due to indifferent attitude or arrogance.

Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and food was delicious. In room dining options are fantastic. Ironically the hotel gives only 1 room key - which is such a nuisance forcing everyone to leave the room at the same time. This is near impossible whether one is staying for a marriage occasion or just visiting the city. This is also a problem since the elevators only operate through the card key - so one has to bother the concierge to let you in. Also shows how the staff loses productive time due to their lack of card keys for every adult occupant (this is not how Radisson operates internationally) Elevators only operate for your designated floor (ridiculous since you can walk to each floor as such) Safety locker has no significance since they are not bolted to the walls. They can be lifted and taken away.

I have been a member for the past three to four years, and the rooms and services have always been good. However, as of April 18, I still have not received any membership cards from the hotel despite having paid for my membership renewal in October and received the membership coupons in December (wasting two of my twelve months). All they say is, "Sir, aap baat karwa dena discount mill jayega." "Mr. Anshul from Radisson used to handle my hotel membership."
