This is an excellent option for staying. The front office staff is soft spoken and helpful. Fire extinguishing system, lift, house keeping is excellent. Roof top restaurant is good for its delicious dishes. Room service, parking facilities are available. Being located in the middle of the city, this is an excellent option for visitors whether on business trip or sightseeing.

We had a terrible experience at Madhuram Hotel. Online, the hotel is listed as pet-friendly with room rates around 1800. However, upon arrival, the staff quoted 2500 per room and completely denied the online pricing. When we mentioned booking online to get the advertised rate, the staff member rudely responded saying, "I will not allow you in the hotel if you book online" This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel's management. False advertising and disrespectful customer service make it clear that they have no regard for guest comfort or transparency. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Good hotel for business and corporate travelers. Food is very tasty. Nice and cooperative staff. Rooms are small but enough for double occupancy. Cleaning needs to be improved.

In outside it look very decent when you enter the reception it's also decent When we looked out room it was good We take 3 room in two rooms the ac was not working and fan and the bathroom drainer was not working and also if your coming with family I will not suggest this hotel there were drunk guys in another room

Not For family There Are Full Of Liquer Bottle And The Staff Are Alcoholic Not For Family Only For Alcoholic And The front Office Staff Behavior Is Very Bad If You Are Coming With Family Dont Take this Hotel Go For Next Option Thats Good For Our Family Another Thing is I Asked For Extra Bed They Priced 2500 For A Single Extra Bed Very Bad Service Dont Take This Hotel

Restaurant Food Quality & Complimentary Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff behavior is good. Room interior & design as per my requirement . Pure vegetarian restaurant. The hotel room available at affordable prices with outstanding service. Whatever you want in a Budget Hotel, All Available in MADHURAM BUSINESS HOTEL at No compromise cost.

Worst service, from past 3 hrs they are saying room is getting ready within 10 minutes. They even don't tell you the category of rooms. We have booked premium rooms but they have shifted us in normal room again & again. Water shortage issue.
