I had one of the best dinner experiences ever at this property. Everything from the ambiance to the service and the food was exceptional. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff made the evening feel truly special with their warm hospitality and attention to detail.||Although I didn't stay overnight this time, the experience left such a strong impression that I'm already planning a future stay. I can't wait to return--not just for the amazing food, but to enjoy everything the property has to offer.

This is a hidden treasure! It's completely in nature and yet in the city. The property is very well built, as well as very well maintained. It is so well integrated with nature, it feels like you are on the edge of a national park. There's Van Vihar right next to the property, which means a lot of birds just come to great you in the morning. There's also a lot of activities and especially the swimming pool is stunning. It's located right in the middle of a canopy cover and makes the entire experience of being in water so relaxing. Add on top the spa music. The small trails in the property are really cool. They grow their own vegetables, and the food is absolutely delicious. On top is wonderful hospitality, which makes your stay almost perfect. We've been here twice in 3 months and we intend to make it our third home. Big shoutout to all the staff that made both our stays wonderful.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jehan Numa Retreat! The lush greenery, serene ambience, and beautifully designed cottages made it a perfect escape. The staff was warm and attentive, and the food was outstanding. A peaceful, luxurious getaway--highly recommended!

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, specially Arvind , who helped us during our breakfast buffet every morning. The resort itself is very open, greenery around the place and very welcoming staff that attends to every individual needs. Highly recommended staying for your vacation here

I recently visited the Green House Bistro and expressed interest in exploring the property. Mustufa was extremely helpful and provided a thorough tour of the premises. Although we're currently staying at the Taj, we've been impressed by Jehan Numa's charm and look forward to staying here in the future. Thanks to Mustufa for showcasing the property in such a warm and welcoming way.

I had high hopes for our stay at this resort, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. There were absolutely no activities for children, which made the stay incredibly boring for my kids. They were left with nothing to do, and as parents, we felt the same frustration. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly emotionally cold. They were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns. For a place that claims to be a family-friendly resort, this experience was far from it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially families looking for a welcoming environment.

Over priced and over rated property with zero customer service, average over charged food, no provision for recreation for children / families . Denied access to the restaurant stating prior reservation is needed ( even for customers staying in rooms ) . Rules and regulations are such that u cant spend time with family in the property freely. Too much arrogance. Don't waste your precious Time and money.
