Hotel Yellow Courtyard

Very bad experience. They didn't even care to provide guests with towels or basic necessities like toothpaste, a toothbrush, etc. The walls were extremely dirty and nothing was clean at all. I asked for tea to be served in the morning but never received it, even by the time of checkout. The staff was constantly chewing gutkha and pan masala and could barely speak properly. It felt like staying in a red zone. I would never recommend this place.

They charged late check out even mentioned complimentary late check out up to 2 hours on voucher. Always dirty rooms without ventilation. They fooled to customers. Receptionist asked for my mobile and submit the review himself without my permission. Even i told him pls don't submit review himself. Very disappointed situation i have experienced.

Location of hotel was good but cleaning or all necessary things like toothpaste,brush etc was not available in hotel . Bathroom was very smell .but most important thing there was so many mosquitoes in room .try to remove mosquito from room . Overall every thing was but there is no cleaniness and very much mosquitoes

Team, I had booked the this hotel in Bhopal from 16th to 18th December... Booking ID - KXIUF9 I would like to tell you I have received the most horrible service in this hotel. No wonder my friends had told me not to book fabhotel due to the quality of service We checked in the hotel at 3.45 am looking forward for a good sleep.. and here we were fighting with the receptionist and trying to get a good extra bedding. We received the extra bedding as shown the picture. And this was already being used by the helper who was sleeping on when we arrived at the hotel. The helper didn't even bother to change the sheets over it.. he was giving the same sheets he was sleeping on when we arrived.what kind of treatment is this. When we asked supposedly the receptionist, we got an answer that this is the only bedding we have and u will get a new sheet instead. He also said we were not informed about extra bedding... on top that for this horrible bedding he said he is going to charge us 700 bucks 2nd incident - the blanket which was provided is torn off and these manager or receptionist not even bother to check.. I have attached the picture of the bedding too The helper is running to the Fabhotel Blue which is nearby and getting all the blanket and bedding from there.. what the hell is this treatment. I called the manager Mr. Amit Singh to check with what kind of service he is providing....we are highly disappointed and I brought my mom dad who are senior citizens and had to go through this ordeal... is this the kind of treatment you give to the customer.... since 3.45 am we are still waiting for a good blanket to arrive from fabhotel Blue and have atleast couple of hours of sleep... it is right now 4.45 am... for 1 hr we are just trying to make our room a decent place to sleep... 3rd incident - in the extrabedding, I got a blanket which is used as a liner...I have attached that picture too After all this event the receptionist had the audacity to say that the bedding will not be charged. A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD.... NEVER EVER GOING TO SUGGEST ANYONE ABOUT THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS. Highly disappointed customer,

I had the worst experience, i would recommend everyone to not book or stay in this hotel. Firstly the staff was very unprofessional. They charged me high for my stay and even when i told them to give me the bill the guy at the reception denied it and even after multiple followups he did not sent me the bill. Overall i do not have a pleasant stay, as they do not clean the rooms i would not recommend anyone to book this i would have given them zero stars if that was the option

No Lift at the property. Won't give to packed water rather they filled water in a randomly laying Rail-neer bottle and gave in the room. There is no exhaust or window panel in the bathroom to let the air out. Poor ventilation. Rooms are also not ventilated. No one should be opting for this property. Pathetic

Rooms are u Der renovation and smell of painting is everywhere. Moreover not good for family atmosphere. They handed over the room at 5.30 profile our booking of 12 0 clock
