Hotel Wisteria Blue

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wisteria Blue! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the food was delicious. A great option on Hoshangabad Road--highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

We stayed here for 3 days for a wedding. The service is very good. The reception staff is nice, attentive and friendly. Their english is not so good but they tried to attend to our needs. One special thing i would like to thank the lady staff who helped me with my saree. She did a good job was really helpful.

I booked a supreme room online, i came at 3 pm , 12 pm check time, And my room was not at all clean till that time, Horrible smoking smell was there inside the room, Girl on reception told me that ROOM IS CLEAN SIR! What the heck!....On my face she is saying that room is clean, Shitty cigrette smell was there all around and I was told that ROOM IS CLEAN, I came from Bangalore by car, Hectic drive,.I was extremely tired; Reception girl told me to cancel it and I will get my refunds back in 5 to 7 working hours,I told her it's not going to happen because it's already 3 pm, And I strongly believe that I was not given supreme room as well which I booked online! She got to know that I m traveling alone so she gave me this room! Hello bad experience here!

I just had food at this place. The food was good. But they don't know how to handle a crowd. Went there with 27 people total. The count for roti was wrong . To an extreme extent. They just approximated acc to people present. Number of dishes ordered was wrong. Bill amount was wrong. I had to be constantly on their head to serve people on time. Overall I felt cheated. Besides the owner / manager was very rude .

They need a better management to manage this hotel. It's too unprofessional with lack of focus for guest service
