We have been staying at this property regularly for the past three years as corporate guests, but our recent experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. * Unprofessional Conduct of General Manager & Staff-Mr. Santosh Kumar (GM) arrogant and dismissive attitude was highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing guest concerns, he acted as if basic services were an act of charity. As corporate guests, we are not looking for complimentary services--we expect professionalism and courtesy, and the service standards that a reputed hotel should uphold. * Poor Hygiene & Maintenance - The condition of the rooms, washrooms, and air conditioning system was substandard, with a clear lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The linens provided were dirty, raising serious concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. * Deceptive Policies & Overcharging - The front desk initially committed to a 24-hour checkout policy, but at the time of Checkout they have overcharge us. When we questioned this, we were met with arrogance instead of a professional resolution. This kind of last-minute policy manipulation is unacceptable. * Substandard Breakfast - The breakfast quality was disappointing, both in terms of variety and freshness, making the dining experience far below expectations. As long-standing guests, we are deeply disappointed by this decline in service. The mismanagement and unprofessionalism not only damage the hotel's reputation but also make us reconsider our continued patronage. We urge the management to take immediate action to ensure these concerns and implement necessary improvements in staff behavior, housekeeping, and overall service quality. Regular guests deserve reliability, respect, and proper hospitality--not excuses and arrogance. We look forward to a prompt response and corrective action from the management. Regards - Naveen

Why they are taken bookings if hotel have not suitable rooms for customers. Unhygienic room smells like someone is dead in the room. Personaly suggest customers please stay at some road side hotels but don't stay in Tulsi Casa.

The hotel is very good near to RKMP station . Food was very good and delicious. The best part was excellent hospitality of every staff. They always try to help you out at right time. Had excellent stay with family .

I have booked a room for three...they provied me extra bed of thermacol...after complaning about the bed staff said...this is all what hotel have...very bad behaviour of staff...very bad service...after charging 3000 rs they want costumer to sleep on thermacol sheet

Food quality is poor. We have ordered many dishes in snacks and main course but not a single dish was satisfying. Only chilly chicken was okay. In fact mutton bhuna was literally uncooked and tasteless. Other veg dishes were also tasteless. If you planning to visit for food don't consider. But if you coming with friends and looking for a good room you people can visit as rooms are very good.

During my 1 night stay in Hotel Tulsi Casa, I had experienced frequent power cuts, unavailability of hot water in the bathroom, poor room service (Food was terrible). Raised complaint regarding the same to reception desk of the hotel. The operator banged the phone and disconnected the call. When personally went to the reception lobby to discuss the same, one gentleman (didn't know his name) introduced himself as the 'GM' general manager of the hotel, suggested me to check-out from hotel with arrogance and wrong attitude. Through I was shocked and surprised with that kind of behaviour somehow I considered his suggestion on a positive note and and checked out from the property on the same day. Forgettable experience overall.
