They are not providing the basic facilities such as AC is not working properly, washrooms are not clean, no accessories are available, and staff's behaviour is very rude and worst. They don't know the real meaning of hospitality.

Rooms : Dirty and filthy Bathroom and toilet : very bad no cleaning at all it looks like public toilet with foul smell,WC is very dirty seems never used any harpic to clean . Linen : looks dirty bed sheet full of stains Blanket : dirty with food stains and other stains Staff : have no idea of housekeeping and service WONT RECOMMEND FAMILIES TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Overall very poor service and cleanliness of rooms

Worst Hotel Stay Ever: Abusive Language, Dirty Conditions, and Zero Support Firstly, the hotel staff are not well-trained and were using so many abusive language. Secondly, I arrived at the hotel at approximately 10:30 p.m. on 27th September 2024 with full day of travels by changing two flight one train journey of four hours and three journey form the cab. However I have already informed the hotel by contacting with agoda representative for night check-in. The boy, who were in the hotel reception kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes, demanding extra money. I explained that I had already paid the full amount through Agoda, but they refused to agree. When I asked them to show me my booking information and where it stated that my payment was incomplete, they started arguing with me again. Once I proved that I had already paid, I asked them to complete the formalities, but they responded, "Nahi, tumko extra amount dena padega, itna mein nahi hoga." Somehow I have manage that situation for money related. When I requested that they deliver my luggage to the doorstep of my room, they said, "Bhai, tumhe apna luggage khud uthakar le jana padega, yahan koi tumhara naukar nahi hai." Again, I had to compromise and carry my own luggage to the room. However, they didn't provide the room key and told me, "Khula rahne dena, kuch nahi hoga tumhare saman ka." I refused, explaining that I had important documents in my luggage and couldn't leave the door unlocked, especially as there were no CCTV cameras. After some insistence, they finally gave me the key. Upon entering the room, I found it filthy, with hair scattered everywhere. I went back to the reception and asked them to change the bedsheets at the very least, but they replied, "Wahi bedsheet hai, koi dusra nahi milega." I took pictures of the dirty bedsheets and blankets, which were covered in hair. Even the washroom was so unhygienic, and I guess the commode was not cleaned maybe by many months, and therefore I have taken some pictures of washroom as well. The next day, after my interview, I returned with a friend and requested a room change, as they had promised the previous night. However, they denied making any such commitment and began arguing with me again, using abusive language. At this point, I recorded a video of the conversation. When I said I would not stay there and asked for a refund, adjusting for one day's stay, the boys again used offensive language, saying, "Koi paisa waisa nahi milega, rahna hai to raho, warna bhago yahan se. Tumhare jaise log bahut aate rahte hain. Jyada bologe to tumse yahi par nipat lunga." I left the hotel, realizing it was pointless to continue arguing with them. I had tried calling their manager multiple times, but he never picked up, nor did he return any of my calls. After this, I contacted Agoda's customer service team and explained the entire situation, including the offensive language and refusal to refund my money. Agoda assured me they would try to get the refund from the hotel, but couldn't guarantee it. I expressed that it was Agoda's responsibility to assist me, as I had booked the hotel through their platform, relying on their reputation. Agoda took my request but never called me back. In the end, I left the hotel without further argument. Overall, the hotel service was extremely poor. The reception staff lacked basic manners and were highly unprofessional. Additionally, I received little support from Agoda during this critical situation.

I recently stayed at Swastik Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

We checked-in at 9:30 pm - the room 104 was not ready. The bedsheets were dirty and room was not cleaned. Later AC was not cooling hence they shifted is to room 303 where another guest had already checked in. They swapped the rooms. The other room was badly dirty probably not cleaned for weeks. On all floor, used utensils and empty liquor bottles were lying. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY PRICE
