Hotel Suraj Palace

It looks totally different from google. I could not find the same exterior. I felt unsafe at night as I was staying alone. The noises in the middle of the night were disturbing for me. The tray with my food was disgusting. They covered it with white tissues instead of cleaning it. Crockery was cheap Melanie, even the tea cup and saucer.

Excellent experience, very clean rooms and food. Staff is polite n humble. Well maintained. Keep it up.

I stayed here and would like to share that experience. The staff of hotel from security guard to management are totally unaware of hospitality services. They do not have sense of talking to customers. The staff and management argued many times with me on basic issues like food, room services. (With no improvement in services afterwards). The staff is actually untrained. They just hired some untrained people to run the hotel who have no idea of how things work there. Sometimes i was surprised whether i am talking to a hotel staff or a dhaba staff. They are even not learning from mistakes. There was no coordination between managers and staff. Coming to rooms, these are of small size and you won't feel like staying in a 3-star hotel (as they claim). Quality of food- below average. Unhygienic. Found insect in food i ordered once. Do not go for flashy exterior of hotel. From core it is a complete mess. If you want to enjoy a circus, definitely book a room here!! Value your money always.

Service bekar, double charge,they will tell one tariff, while vacating they will fool u becareful,moreover unsafe at nights,now days they cheating by claiming late fees,there better hotels nearby please don't waste your time and money totally unsafe

A hotel nearby airport to stay for one or two nights. Service is not upto the mark. In room dining is available but only for a particular time. No buffet available. The extended part of building has rooms which are not really good. Very small bathrooms and no room view. Limited parking space available which also becomes very congested at times. Dmart, medical shops and other small stores are available at a walking distance. Indian Army Yodhasthal war museum is at a walking distance. Bhopal city is 7 km from this hotel.

Very nice service in the hotel and very good staff and very good behaviour than I am like this hotel

Staff is so polite and well mannered. I love the service and the best part is the big windows and that granite slab near the window to sit and enjoy the view. Tea was amazing. I had a very comfortable stay here.

My stay experience was too good. Staff person Mr. Rahul & Mr. Azad Yadav both are too good. They helped me alot to experienced this new city. Rooms are really neat & clean & hotel staff is too nice with their guests. Food was really good & it's very near to Bhopal Airport.
