Hotel Sun Park

I had a great stay at hotel sunpark . The staff was polite, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is very convenient. Suggestion: It would be even better if the available door mate ,sliper in the room and 1 water bottle should be complimentary

We make online booking for 1 room 2 adults. When we reach the reception they ask us to wait. But another people were coming & doing their booking. After 30 minutes we request them to check in us. After taking long breath finally they check in us. When we enter the room, room was at extreme last. Nearby rooms was empty but they don't give us that room, bad smell of cigarettes was there. No Towel, no soap, no shampoo, no bucket in the bathroom. No hot water facility. The water was coming too slow from pipe. Shower was not working. Mugs having mud at bottom. No water was supplied for drinking. AC remote not available. After getting remote we saw very wear teared remote with display broken. AC was not functioning properly. After running full day no cooling. Frequent power cut after 2hrs. No ventilation in room. We feel very bad then we ask for changing the room. They told us room can be changed on next day. Now if we will check out next day then what is the benefit of changing. Finally at check out they said that 548 rupees bill is pending for food ordered. But we have not ordered any thing. We did not paid the money & they just said ok.

One of the best hotels in Bhopal, affordable price and rooms are very spacious and clean, hotel staff is well educated, friendly, very experienced, gentlemanly and courteous, services are impeccable and superb, food quality and taste is very delicious, location of hotel is also very good, all facilities are available near the hotel, hotel owner is also very nice kind and courteous person.

Rooms and places are spacious good for small functions of gathering around 150 people. Washrooms are not good and are planned accordingly.

Pathetic service. They post edited and incorrect pictures of hotels. When we checked in to the hotel in bhopal the condition of the rooms were terrible and the bathrooms were horrible. The reception person was rude. We hardly waited there for 10 mins. When we escalated this brevistay, they didn't take any action against it also no refund was done. They also accepted that the photos were edited and not real.
