Hotel Stay Casa

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stay Casa in Bhopal. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and cozy, and everything was well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience--would definitely recommend it!

Pros: - rooms are spacious - you get complimentary access to the gym which is really well-equipped Cons: - early check-in charges are ridiculous; they asked for 1200 bucks in order to have my checkin 2 hours before the designated time - the front desk manager (Mr. Jaiswal) graciously gave us an extension of 1 hour from our checkout time, which was 12 PM AFTER the extension, I couldn't believe the generosity; by the way, any self-respecting hotel already has a 12 PM checkout time as default (side note, the evening front desk manager was super nice, for contrast) - there was no valet, and since this hotel is on the second floor in a club, the parking is full in the evenings & you have to park yourself outside the premises and walk to the lift - the lift moves like it is half asleep, takes 3 business days to climb two floors - there is NO designated buffet, or even a separate area for breakfast; just a few tables and a few chairs kept beside the hotel lobby with no AC - no 4-star hotel has this, I'd say even some 2-star hotels have a better breakfast area than this one - the front desk manager (Mr. Jaiswal again) was missing when I reached the reception to checkout (around 11:20 AM, since I did not want to get indebted by their gracious 1 hour extension till 12 PM) - there was nobody at the reception, and the guard told me to sit and wait; just to be clear I had paid in advance and there was nothing due - but I had to wait because the front desk manager was missing from his desk during peak checkout hours for reasons only known to him Overall, I don't see myself revisiting this place ever. I was thinking I got a good deal when I made the booking, but all it has done is reinforce the belief that if you want to have something good, you must pay the price for it. This place has cheaper rooms as compared to other 4-star hotels (at least as per google travel), and that's because this is a low tier 3-star hotel pretending to be a 4-star one.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the staffs are polite and cooperative. Akshay Jaiswal at the reception made the process of checking in very easy. I had a good stay at Hotel Stay Casa.

Hey all! This is a true review and a genuine one. I recently stayed here for a couple of days and was really amazed by this property. The rooms were clean and tidy 4.25. The toilets were clean but could be better 3.75 as there were a bit stains here and there but manageable. The location!! Best location. Everything is nearby. It's very easily accessible. And it is located inside a club which makes it even more great as there were a lot of amenities for us to explore 5 . The most important part is the food! I didn't expect the food to be this goodddd. I had a variety of food over here and each and everything was above my expectations. I was sceptical about the food as it was served in a hotel but damn it was really impressive. 4.75 . The staffs were polite and really helpful. 4.75 to them as well. Overall if you are planning to stay in bhopal with you family or friends you can surely take a look at this property. Definitely it won't disappoint you.

All went very well, and the room was very comfortable.(Only two suggestions: make sure there's toilet paper in the bathroom, also the water in the shower could be warmer). Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and the staff was very professional and attentive. Thank you!

All the rooms in the hotel are good , clean and the staff is also very professional. They follow all the rules and regulations of the hospitality. My stay was very good and enjoyable.
